For WD, it's working fine for me, haven't been booted out mid wave. However, Kir'shara seems more broken than before in that it has a higher chance of clearing the queue of ship(s). Others in my alliance have had severe lag problems though (rubberbanding or targetting problems where you click and it doesn't target). Some have had the sporadic booting (seems to be a lot better though).
clearing queue = I use one ship, target say 5 ships, switch to my second ship, target another 5 ships, switch back to the first and it's killed 1 to 3 ships and the other ships are no longer in the queue.

It is not necessarily the highest you can hit. As I mentioned above I grinded rep in the 54 system although my Rot could beat the 62's....but the 54's gave more rep per hull in the end

Main Arc = Well main arc 😄 (1 a month)
TC Pass = All around Territory Capture (3 month pass)
Wave Pass = Is all around Solo/Group waves (1 a month)
Flash Pass = a filler pass between arcs see at end of month (these are 1 week, but sometimes you may get 2 a month)
Ferengi PAss = Bonus pass, replaced end of arc event stores
Syn PAss = to help low players boost syn
the frontier pass is a one time thing for new players
other then TC/Wave other passes usally have sync'd events so you dont have to do multiple events for each
