We all rebooted and tried again. Was OK to start, by wave 6 my ships stopped moving on screen but where still killing. Wave 8 both stopped responding to any commands. Rebooted and ships had gone home (the wave had not finished)

The problem with using a sal, is that you don't get the bonus loot modifier when doing the armadas. So you're going to have to hit up to get the same income as with the stella.

Defense platforms are part of station combat, not armadas.

hey @queen jolt are they ever going to do anything about the major client/server desync issues that started when they changed unity versions? it causes all sorts of other bugs too

the client frequently gets 'ahead' of the server now, it thinks combat is done and breaks kir'shara because of that, it thinks mining is done but you move the ship and the node isn't empty

timers for abilities and armadas randomly get off by up to 30 seconds

... just lost a solo wave due to these bugs too

ships both hostile and your own stop updating their positions requiring a restart it's just been a nightmare ever since unity update

and they still haven't fixed the bug where you blow up a hostile near the center objective in solo waves but it damages the objective anyhow

but a large number of these bugs are caused by the client/server desync

for example the kir'shara one the client thinks combat is finished and tries to attack the next target but it errors because the combat wasn't finished on the server yet

the mining one is especially annoying it says the node is empty but then you move your ship and it still had 5-20 seconds of mining left

but as for the cooldown/armada timers I've seen them be off by up to 30 seconds which is beyond mere lag, there's some kind of bug in the code

Ah, ships appearing destroyed after a boost is also another ancient bug, usually you can just click repair out in the field and they are back to normal, I guess outposts blocks this
