If I squint hard…I can see the intent about removing the easy scoring from a “heroic” event. It could be innocent; there just isn’t any goodwill right now to give any benefit of the doubt.

Except it wasn't easy ftp. To complete all of those you had to hinder your progress for the whole month. Skipping the new building upgrade events for example, and sit on useful upgrades that would have made the game easier. Aggregation entirely needs the building to be upgraded or you'll have to repair and go back repair and go back, choising to skip those upgrades for a month is not an easy choice.

It seems like you’re more likely to see a negative impact on battle pass engagement as a result of this, greater than any lift in pack purchases. Especially sub 60 ops level.

ah, either way the problem is just going to get worse. They're literally removing catch up mechanics so all the big whales in the 70s are going to end up having no one to play with because they're all miles behind.
older/easier content scoring allowing people to catch up was keeping the lower/f2p players engaged... and they comprise the MAJORITY of the player base! What do you think happens when the majority start quitting? The minority whales have no one left!

Getting to 71 and g7 was supposed to be great, in fact it’s become a nightmare, no way to progress now due to the ridiculous scoring metrics that even spending won’t allow progression without it being ridiculous spending and I see no point in rewarding scopely for such appalling behaviour
If things don’t change I’ll take my money and my gameplay elsewhere and it definately won’t be another Scopeley game

For amadas its often better to punch up slightly with a loot crew (Dashi for instance) and get more than the amarda was worth, atleast in g3/g4. Especially if going much higher is only a 20% boost with a "good crew".

Doc for mitigation is awesome most of the time yeah. But having JW push the majority of the dmg to shield is what keeps you alive. Just need to make sure your shield regen is upto par.

Are the Transogen Mining Rate researches bugged or is poor Serene Squall THAT BAD at her job?

Only use the squall for epic transogen, if you send it to any other systems its mining rate is terrible (even with maxed research).
If you go mining in common, unc, or rare, then you're actually there to autogrind the chasers and anything you mine while doing that is a bonus.
