1. They could have it reset 1 hr before/after, just use universal time, so the reset time would always be the same 1 hr after. 2. If they designed for everything starting at the same time, maybe there would be more resources... but none of that matters. @heady moon hunt alb is a good one as all can score equally but run it as often as you have and we loose multiple days of loot. It run so often it a problem this is event is fine once per month. Currently no one knows when your throwing it in

You need the Chroniton sample artifact. With that, you can beam hostiles more easily. At Ops 60 lock, you can charge with dominion solos and beam the 60s in the same system.

Add also Phlox in BD to charge the beam faster.

Most costs go into putting the fiber from the last box on the street to your house. This costs around 20k€ for individual requests, but can also increase a lot. It depends on how many meters are between your hous and the last box.
