Look, I empathize with how much flack you have to take managing a discord like this, but it really feels like unless you are a big spender, discord mod, or manage to make a request in just the right jokey-memey way, we are totally ignored.
In all seriousness, 2 days ago we were told we would get an update ‘tomorrow’. Welp, tomorrow was yesterday, we’ve had no response. It’s not feeling good and we’ve got 2 servers full of players feeling ignored and disrespected. Which I get is not the discord mods fault - that’s on scopely - but a little communication would go a long way.
Even if you don’t know anything yet, how about a ‘so sorry, we don’t have any more information from scopely, we are doing everything we can to communicate how players are feeling about this’. Something.

So @queen jolt now that we got more TP officers, can we talk about badges? I have 12 epic officers that require command badges to tier up on top of TP officers I haven't quite finished the shards for yet, not to mention all the officer efficiencies I haven't done yet. Only "legacy" players don't need badges, I'm sorry I haven't been playing for 5+ years but the vast majority of players need better badge sourcing than what's in the game especially when it holds back research and account progression

yes i do it all, keep in mind im also on a younger server than you. im on s101 which released about 6 months after your server. However i do my Apex Thursdays every week only for the 2 RANDOM badges per week, disco gives 1 badge every month if im lucky, i dont remember the last time the g4 rare chest gave me a badge, g5 rare chest gives me up to 4 badges, epic g3 on occasion gives badges, and i always do my bp. out of these the only guaranteed badges a player can get are from Disco, bp, and the stupid apex event the other sources are RNG. so over the course of say 6 months you can easily get an extra 50+ badges compared to me yet im doing the exact same thing as you. we need more sourcing that's guaranteed let alone getting the badge i want as i need about 50 command, but i only have 2.

again you're on a server from July 2019, but everyone also fails to realize that the armada chests arent guaranteed to give badges let alone the badges you actually need. Scopely wants players to level up but without badges they end up with t2 or t3 officers in g6. over the last quarter we've lost 18k players due to stuff like this where players are pushed by scopely but also arent given the tools unless you halt progress for extended periods of time

It's not just about how long you've been playing it's about your ops level as well. The badges dont come reliably in armada chests for g3or g4 players. discovery- save and choose but it's slow. 2 per week from apex RNG (thx for more engineering badges) and your battlepass 3. You cant upgrade what you have available with that bottleneck. I have about 13 or 14 officers waiting for command badges in varying amounts.

If Scopely ever wonders why players are dropping like flies, they needn't look further than their customer support team. I bought two packs the other day, and because it's scopely, their webstore froze and when I re-logged in, my MasterCard was charged $149 (Canadian) but I have no idea what pack i bought. It's childish (usually because of an argument with 1 or more players on their server) and such players should just be considered rogue
For every vocal troll there are also less vocal players throwing incursion on purpose
