7069 is the actual minimum building mats to finish the '6k' sms

Because there's no way to spend more than 5869 from level 1 unlrss you go all the way to 7069

And everyone is starting from level one on this SMS

Tl;DR decrease the dang SMS to 5869 or increase it to 7069 at last milestone

Those are the two actual amounts you can spend between the two is impossible right now

Your building would have had to been higher than lv1 when the SMS started to spend a diff amount and building was locked until then

The refinery is based on the raw resource being refined, not what that resource can be used to purchase.

If what you say should happen, then you should not be able to buy an epic CT tech with common material refined into common creds...

Really make your choice... Understand it's based on raw resource being refined.... Not capability of purchase with refined material

What you can purchase with those creds is nothing to do with ability to refine the raw resources

@heady moon @queen jolt may I ask why the only addition to the Ferengi Pass is SNW Scotty? this is the 3rd consecutive month of this "replacement" for end of arc event stores and the loot is still terrible unless you buy a pack and the only "additions" are 1 officer. This BP doesn't help players nearly enough to compensate for the lack of "end of arc stores" due to no meaningful additions and the inability for a F2P to actually utilize the Ferengi Pass as a "catch-up mechanic". We need more loot for f2p (not attached to the Chronicles of the Ascendent event meta) and meaningful additions such as adding in parts for GS31 like we shove gotten this time. Event stores were great for 2025 and then they're stripped away from us for an inferior model that doesn't help players and gives the impression that it's simply a "cash grab"
