Look in your research trees for new nodes worth 27k+ power. Plan around saving those and using them when FoP event comes around.

It also helps to do the math and maximize value on the speed ups you spend. For instance if I need to do a 5 hour repair on a ship, an 8 hour speedup is cheaper than any other combination (5 1 hour speedups are 75 latinum, 2 3 hours 50, a 3 and 2 1's 70, but the 8 only costs 50 if you had to buy it)

The first Screenshot you posted are for "Forbidden Tech", the second One is for "Chaos Tech". If you need those Chaos Tech One you can farm it with your Revenant Ship by doing Solo and/or Group Armadas.
During the Ferengie Event that had run out earlier this week i believe there were too some exchangeable but that probably won't help you in your current situation so if you can try to grind your way through to get the Revenant if you want to start collecting those Chaos Tech materials on an regular base.

Yeah. Although I only started using the Relativity, once it got to t5, and gained enough survivability to hit lvl 54+ Krenim solos.
Before that, my second ship was a t7, 497 mil power Corvus.

yeah there is a transition around T7 upwards where your rela can start to solo them and at certain ops levels you start to get more loot than you need until you hit the next tier where costs go up.
generally goes from like ~4 kills per trip to 6-7 and then more after T11 but ofc like all ships the upgrade rate gets super slow in last third
