He increases the mining speed for C/UC/R Transogen.....however....youll more than likely have a significant bonus from the building which will dilute the bonus from Dchok making it feel as though he doesnt do much.

I get it I don't normally get on anyone's case about ship design but this is terrible look you can clearly see a shipping container Crane and those are clearly shipping containers that you would see on a modern-day ship the whole thing looks like it's been put together with duct tape and glue none of the pieces really fit it looks like someone took some rebar and made a ship out of it I mean look at it it looks like a spare parts ship this is supposed to be the new awesome Miner for this Arc I'm sorry to everyone including the designer but this is awful and needs to go back to the drawing board for redesign I'd even go so far as to say it looks like a strip down knock off version of the pillar of autumn from Halo 1 please if you plan on adding a Halo crossover don't do it this way

If you range crew a g5 epic, you probably can get some, but it is a lot of hulls per pull since the hazards take ships out in 4 minutes
