Great, so if you were already mining for the mining event (or anything else), your mats mining in Makala's goes negative. That could be fixed using an unsigned field in the database, so it can't go negative. Simple fix.

Refreshing a mine in the new systems is incredibly slow. Refreshing the system doesn't help, the mine still appears occupied of my own ship.
Solution: restart the game. But meanwhile the mine has been taken by another player

At this point they should pause the whole thing and add extra time on current events. It's ridiculous. Most people play in the evening as they have other things to do during the day, EU losing a lot of play time on the so-manieth laggy launch.

They say the point of this new content is get players to engage more but..
It's beyond me how they think people will engage more with the game when they make it literally impossible and then proceed to "look into it" for an eternity and a half. None of this should come as a surprise to scopely either as it's happened every patch to date 🤷‍♂️

Milestones of the mining event looks impossible to me I've not even reached 1st tier been mining since event start
