If you don't fully complete the mission including clicking 'finish' before pulling the mission again, clicking 'finish' kills it and it needs intervention from support to restore it.

If you have the artifact unlocked you can use it but not upgrade it until the next requirement is met. Your artifact gallery has to be upgrade to that level to upgrade it

Nope, I've been here for years so I'm perfectly aware scopely tends to take "certainly they can't get worse than this" as a "hold my beer" challenge. I'd argue that the game always had issues but ironically (but unsurprisingly) got markedly worse with the infamous "quality over quantity" mission statement for 2024. A lot of it just comes down to decisions. Do you want to invest into PvP research or PvE research or efficiencies, etc (eventually yes to all), but for different play styles and goals, you won't make the same choices.
I'm competent enough at PvP to not be a drain on an arena squad, but its not the focus of my research. Most of my research is PvE stuff. Thats where my interests lie.
Other people invest HEAVILY into PvP, and while I can outpunch them against PvEs when doing my grinds, they will run over me like a bus in PvP.

Just make sure you have a good % value to complete it, and if you want to go for the critical prize (sulu in this case), then make sure your officer traits are levelled up.

It works perfectly fine with every other prime currency you can pull from the AT store, including the Astral Prime Particle, which they have set to 180 per pull to match the 1800 required currency. The only outlier is the damn Omega Particle.

I think this one is "Localized" lol
I suspect that due to lag/quiet maintenance some servers are "Off" for certain locations. Rolling Blackouts.

It's very easy to determine from interactions on here the people who are "pirates" (refuse to follow roe, refuse to discuss ending wars etc) and the actual decent human beings in game.
