i've noticed the biggest decline in player base on apac server 199 since i started playing.
what have i noticed? mining systems that were permanently full, are now permanently empty.
and player participation in events has dropped, some events have no one in them anymore, when usually anywhere from 25-100 at my level.
anyone else noticed a decline in players this arc? it's probably just an apac/199 thing, but it's definitely noticable.
whoever we vs in incursions will be wondering where everyone is.
p.s we lose EVERY incursions, and not by a small amount, but quadrillions, or whatever qD is. we lose by a lot, and it only gets worse. i'm wondering how that's possible, as we should have less to raid after each incursion, but i guess some whales and events top it back up.

some decline in players on my server, but not huge. the mining thing may just be that outside of events that require people to mine, there is little point to mining these days. the refinery payouts are terrible, especially in terms of return for time spent doing the mining, but also just in general, they're too low. events, the bp, and the treasury are a much better, faster source of mats.

plus, ofc, we also have ship scrapping to provide mats, mat claims in faction stores, etc

if they'd properly improve the refinery payouts, you'd see more people mining again, but as is, any mining system lower than g6 is gonna be emptier than it used to be.

usually these mining systems are full 24/7 though and ticket events have mining in them, which makes those particular resources even harder to find an empty node.

also i started on 198, we merged into 199, then 200 also merged into 199. so 3 servers all pretty low activity after the lock down restrictions around the world were lifted.

my server is heavily, or was, japanese and korean player base. i think it's more than the other apac servers. but no one works together and not much unity these days. a lot of big players, admirals etc have left the game and pursued real life instead. they lost interest and value (and hair) in the game.

this week alone, i have noticed the new augment systems are empty, i guess the majority of those who were interested in the grind have finished the grind or lost interest.

We lost some of our longest time players in our alliance. It is a void hard to fill when you lose someone in the mid 60s. I feel there just has been such a disconnect between what we want or need with little real changes from Devs. The EE Augment hostiles has been a pain point this entire arc and just flat out impossible to do some of the SMS events without several hours of grind.

Last time I did that I had to file two tickets because stuff got lost along the way and I only noticed because I accidentally took a screenshot before pulling stuff.
