Spend hours upon hours Fighting these hijacked ships for events, and can't even complete the events because of maintenance issues. Yesterday I was almost completed and had lag and shutdown. Again, feels like we are being punished for choosing family, work or pretty much anything other than hours upon hours on the pile of steaming pixels. There should be no comp chest request. It should be automatic and compensate not only the missing rewards, but the frustration it has caused.

I believe Scopely has used the old IT trick for when you have too many clients, and not enough capacity. You just disconnect the older or idle logins when someone else wants to log in. Capacity issues fixed for free, easy peasy! 🤣

For example, many people are about to miss their opportunity for syndicate xp exchanges that would get them to finishes or higher tiers on that event, and many are going to lose out on time they needed for the augment hostiles.

A few paultry shards and 100 parsteel doesn't even come close. Also, the Arc main mission will now be a fail for many for the same above stated reasons.

@heady moon@queen joltScopley has taken an iconic story and the most anticipated arcs and turned it into a flaming pile of dung. They designed the arc around grinding 60 million rep for a mission that can't be completed without unlocking the champion missions in the faction store. They have said they created the IA to reduce loop grinds only to delay adding the old ones to the IA and have added loops that are twice as bad as the ones they have taken away. The lag that was getting better got "fixed" with the patch yet it got worse and when they tried to fix that it got even worse then that to the point where people can't even open a chest or in some cases even login to the game. Points for events have disappeared, loot from collecting dailies, refinery and the factions have disappeared and along with that the currency to buy those chest have disappeared. Feel free to pass this message along to anyone/everyone because at this rate Scopley is going to be losing a lot of players over the next 2 to 3 months if these problems aren't addressed quickly.

ex - I purchased both Syndicate XPs in the DTI Store, the one that cost Static Credits failed, but still deducted the 600 static credits. I did not receive the Syndicate XP

There's an option for that, turn off quick animations and you'll see what you're getting again. Personally I love the time saved and don't care about what I'm getting exactly
