@heady moon Multiple alliances, including mine, have been seeing an issue where the help button will not disappear since last month's patch rolled out, I thought I had seen this was being looked into but it's not in the new known issue channel, any chance of getting that investigated?

On an unrelated note, also seeing some issues with the flyouts from last month (animation times are too long, hitting back in one chest causes us to go back a second level once the animation (which is no longer visible) "finishes"), would love to see an update on that too since I know it's led to a lot of players who like the rest of the disable frequent animations feature like me to toggle it off.

Alternatively, if your friend installs the game on the PC, or Mac, that is patched, and they can collect their winnings, see the events, and then go back to iOS and it will work normally

There's only two reasons why the patch hasn't come out for iOS...

1. they submitted it, and Apple rejected it because it was screwed up
2. they submitted it later than they claimed they did, and it was too late for Apple to approve it

Apple has a process to approve emergency patches – especially for online games, and the process is usually only a few hours long unless you screw something up.

Yes. I'm 63 and have 63/350 and 69/350 for the Crozier and Sompek. That's always max pulling the epic chest. So sure, you'll technically get them for free eventually, but not in this lifetime. Unless you spend faction credits, which will be better spent elsewhere unless you just want to complete the collection.

Hey there- I've got a SERIOUS issue right now. whenever I close the game and try to boot it up again, I get the following error message in the stfc launcher: "Could not find the executable game file. shards automatically convert now, so if you had excess and pulled at least 1 of the krenim time weapon shards, it converted all of them to temporal disruptors
It's kind of like a second silent nerf to DTI store and possible Alliance Tournaments later

so 100% is always half the original

thats why there is almost no difference when dividing through 10 or 11... (1000% or 1100%) diminishing returns

The thought I initially had was that they allow up to 5 BP to be sourced per day, 2 from common creds, and one from the other 3 currencies. This would not only incentivize a massive grind but also incentivize some to ops up so that they have warp range or better ships to help them acquire the currency for the creds bundles to speed up their ship acquisition. Just a surface level option but this would mean a player could source the ship in as little as 40 days but the high end is the natural 100day grind

for further clarification, the new ship could hypothetically be sourced in 100 days at a rate of 2bp/day, 67 days @ 3/day, 50 days @ 4/day, and 40 days @ 5/day. generally speaking the Augment loop is divided between 4 grades/generations so this would reward a player who's say g5/6 by allowing them to get more bps per day as opposed to say a low g4 player.

There are other faction store items with no cooldown. Also, I have never in five years seen a player-benefitting oversight take more than three days for scopely to fix. The historical evidence points to the fact that this was by design and they later noticed we could leverage it for our good. There was already a cooldown on these in that the armada tokens are gated and we cant get unlimited loot to spend in the store anyway. The uncpapped items allowed us to actually spend those on what we wanted.

Me personally bought the Relativity so i had a head start in the store. 1 hour after unlocking my final research and then spending my remaining credits on maxing the Artifacts and officers the cooldown was introduced.
The cooldown wasn't such a hit for me but still annoying as I wanted to focus on maxing Tolra in order to not have to PM-Tolra to make her have 100% chance on firing shots
The F2P players really got hammered by the change though and all the future players that come into ops range to unlock the store.
They said the change was to "balance" but it has removed the balance because them players will never catch up on anyone that had the chests for the 4 months without the cooldown

Something Scopely can fix is the missions and the unavailability of the Augment Champions. No way to get 2 rep levels in a month and no way to buy the rep in packs.

Not getting a completed view (although I do for BP events and some of the other events) and not sure my march of progress is adding either for those completions. I am one of the iOS users affected by the “winning” bug. When I do a localization clear and quickly get into events those events show as completed but never got notification of rewards.

I really love how little effort they put into that even from the brainstorming phase. So so many normal buildings are too intertwined with the levels of others for this to be useful in actually helping someone push up through ops. It’s pretty much relegated to being used on generators and gimmick buildings.
