It's not abusing the system, it's being smart about it. Some of the best arena matches I've ever had were against other squads who had done the exact same squad setup. Were they easy matches? No, but they were the most fun.

HONESTLY - you need to just remove use of borg cube from arenas. Its pointless. Absolutely no idea where they are at any point in time. The speed limit has made no impact at all on it. You just fly through them and constantly try to path to them, then you randomly just get killed by another that looks like its other side of the zone

Yes, max fortify, you can tomorrow then I guess. The idea is to get the extra shield regen from max boost (I expect the research is maxed?) and extra shots and have janeway route most of the dmg to the perma shield from max boost and cerritos
