Territory is reset. Alliances are maintained. If two alliances have the same tags then one of them is randomly selected for a rename.

Static is wavy lines, charged is lightning bolt. The exo’s, which are ANTI (meaning opposite) have the opposite symbol (anti-static is lightning bolt, anti-charge is wavy lines). The symbols are that way by design.

What do you mean? The V-Day one just re-gives you the awards of the ongoing bp. So if you’ve finished the existing battle pass (and bought elite), the V-Day pack gives you ALL the rewards a second time
