it seems if you've never uninstalled the app from the 1st time you've downloaded it... all of the data is just accumulated... i personally uninstalled and reinstalled.. but clearing data also works, as stated above. after doing this, my iphone is no longer burning up and i'm able to actually play the game... granted there are still issues, but i can at least play the game and not have to worry about restarting every 2 minutes and also don't have to worry about waiting for phone to cool down

You can sit do nothing... Games fine.

Yet you do action which requires server input like resources gain retire Al and storage... Or changing crews, ships to be added to environment.

Now the particular issue which is freeze crashing is strangely one of those reported registry issues on the pc client where you opened a chest or c look aimed anything or confirmed an action and client would just crash out.
