With the slider, presumably it's just 36 donations total... if one person is carrying it. Since the target is a full alliance, it's pretty reasonable. Even a small 20-person alliance is just looking at 1-2 full donations/player

The good side is that it makes filling up a level 60 voyager fast mining those nodes in the 60 system. The bad side is that the voyager's max cargo is so small that you fill it up fast in the level 60 system, so you have to go back multiple times...
