there have been a few really big changes, not that it comes from nowhere but with vidar archive alone the credit income grows drasticly, add mirror farming and terran efficiencies on top of eviscerator armada uphitting access and its no wonder that building g4 epics no longer is a waste... no, its a way to dump the excessive creditincome 😅

mine g5 with g4's. protected cargo and speed is better on g4's until the nova gets several tiers and i found it really challenging to spare the mats for the nova

You don’t have to mine them at the same time

T5 nova is only common/uncommon and is slightly better than t11-t12 g4 miners for speed. Just stick it in token space for actual stocking up. Dailies don’t need much pc.

there's some really good research in the Station tree needing R&D 54, pretty good efficiency for ship parts and ship materials
Cosmic particle stuff, you can actually get the ship parts one up to 80% without additional requirements iirc
And the talios gets another big power boost

Well, i motivated my Corvus to T6, and finished up a load of research that needed G3 or G4 mats, and did all the huge pile of prerequisites for 54. So it’s ready and not lacking in ore for it.

I still have a lot of almost pointless G4 research needing 10s of thousands of G4 rare, but I'm waiting another Alliance Tournaments run so I can unlock the first prime level of G3-G5 research efficiency and then maybe do those

I think waiting for the second level of that prime will take me until 2027 with the frequency they run tournaments so will probably have to spend before that
Meanwhile I'm not taking my Vor'Cha past T4 to save mats, will just struggle a little bit until I'm ops56 and get a Sanctus :p

@heady moon any idea when Server 705 will have the next ascension so we can go past lvl 50+? I'm really running out of things to do, I'm sitting on huge stockpiles of G4 materials that I can't spend and I don't think I'm going to finish the Holiday Marathon SMS just because I don't have anything to spend materials on, unless I literally buy (with money) a new ship just to upgrade it. There's also no way I'll be able to finish The March of Progress SMS for similar reasons: Most of my research trees are level-locked and I'm basically down to a single Dilithium generator to upgrade in my station.

I think the most annoying thing to me is it can take damn near up to a minute sometimes to instant repair all my ships and cannons. I used to be able to do that in the span of like 5 seconds 🤣
