Borg Cube. To tier up to T8, says I need to get one of the lvl50 faction ships up to T4. I never bothered to get any of them and got the lvl53 Romulan Faction ship Corvus, which is now T4. I figured getting the Corvus to T4 would be enough to up grade the Cube to T8, apparently not. What tier do I need to get the Corvus to so I can upgrade the Cube?

something that's been bugging me since we got the Archive... so the daily unlock of rewards requires you to finish the entire track right ? which also requires tier 12 for the higher level ships, their max tier anyway.. so the daily reward for a specialist ship being complete includes componenets for that ship why ? I certainly dont know that i would have the blueprints to build a second of any of them and thus need the parts, nor would I necessarily want to anyway, seems an odd decision; im already just stockpiling all that plutionium i dont need for the Botany Bay ..

by learning i think they really mean that it provides players who haven't completed all the loops, some degree of incentive to actually do them... for the buffs you pick up as you go through the IA milestone for each loop. it's learning in that it's 'learning to do what scopely want you to do instead of ignoring what scopely want because it's annoying', not 'learning' as in learning anything about the loops themselves

It’s why even in games like Skyrim people who used mods for infinite carry weight would hit stability issues eventually because every time they hit a loading screen the game had to try and account for everything in their inventory.

And removed all old other event loot and removed all the rest of the junk in inv, then the game would run a lot smoother

6 of these 10 items have no future purpose, ever. Nearly every part of your inventory has ratios of useless stuff just as high for what’s on your screen. No event ever used most of this stuff other than as a counter, and there is and never has been an exchange for them, the others are for things so old that most people can’t even remember what event they were for.

It’s not useless, but definitely weaker than faction ships with comparable power. It also is slightly different from normal explos in that it has better stats for fighting other explorers than for being an int triangle fighter.

The game exists because you have a dedicated player base, not because the game is good. The more players feel their time and money isn’t respected, the sooner there isn’t a game. That player base can and will go play other things and spend their money elsewhere, meanwhile, Scopely will only have a harder time getting new players.

it's a bit hard to tell how much influence they have. the higher ups are always gonna do what they wanna do, and even when feedback is passed on and taken onboard, scopely have a bit of a habit of creatively interpreting what players have said to suit themselves, as do most game companies. they definitely have some influence, otherwise eco's period as cm wouldn't have been marked by eco presenting his own wants as 'player feedback' and saying so when players complained about the results.

Instant build uses latinum to buy all the materials needed to upgrade. Since Uncommon mats cannot be purchased with Latinum you cannot instant build anything that requires them.

Is anyone else running into issues mining rare anomalies? Due to the bonus mining from the independent archives. Mining rare anomalies with the Voyager has become almost impossible Your ship is filled with common anomalies before you can ever spawn a new rare anomaly. This becomes even worse when someone is just sitting on a node. The spawn rates for the rare anomalies should be looked at. I just got to level 35 and got my Voyager. I won’t be able to level it up for a while so I’m limited on my cargo space even with a maxed out cargo crew.

Someone sitting on rare don't effect the spawn of new rare nodes each time after a node clear they have a certain chance to flip ( one time i manage to spawn a system all with rare nodes 11 total )

They are chance to spawn. Super annoying, and it gets better in the bigger nodes because they are bigger, so if you get one, you generally get enough to do your pull. My V is a t11 and I have yet to max pull a rare though, becuase it scales up stupidly. So single pull is adequate that I can ignore mining most of the time

I do notice that I have to restart the game a lot for nodes to appear after a short time of speed mining uncommon and rare anomalies. It gets really glitchy
