someone who is ops70 has played the game a good while longer than someone who is ops 38... meaning they had time to unlock "MAYBE" one or two artifacts more (bare in mind that there is more points for upgrading than unlocking them)... WAY more time to save up artifact token/temporal disruptors... probably been able to upgrade the eye of whatever that increases cost efficiency for upgrading artifacts... even if you take spending money completely out of the equation... an ops 60+ (doesn't even have to be 70) is playing this particular aspect of the game in an entirely different league than an ops 38 player who started the game not too long ago

you wanna be honest? ok let's: the amount of spending you can do and have bonuses and extras compared to f2p players is INSANE... it's the reason WHY players chose to camp on lower levels so they can ACTUALLY participate in events cause up there every single leaderboard event is being won by the same guys... the big big BIG whales. It turns players off the game cause it isn't fun anymore... rather the opposite... it is absolutely POINTLESS even trying to compete against players like that. You want people to stop camping on lower levels? give them an incentive to level up... don't scare them away by having them face the biggest whales in the game. stupid move

Mantis- you get syndicate XP from the store.
Voyager you get some, not all, artefacts from the store. It all depends on how you want your game to pan out. Mantis will get you that pvp kill that’s a little out your reach. Voyager will get you further round the galaxy, faster.

The feature is ops 40-70, the lowest ranks should not contain the strongest players in the region. If the sorting process hasn't had enough matches to do its work, then mismatches will be an issue.

I've thought about that too, I'm in a similar place with when it runs compared to when I'm available. Think maybe higher ops could use bigger deltas when they win. This could be built in, or via rank boosters like in other games.

Couldn't count the amount of times I had to restart the game because rerolling or switching tabs gave very annoying errors, made the game get stuck or plainly didn't work at all
"some bugs" is quite the understatement, a good release can have some bugs but this was just a bugfest.

It's postponed because there were still plenty of bugs that weren't taken care of. Master rank getting novice tasks/rewards, Master ranks with novice store. Master ranks showing up as novice. Rerolling tasks not rerolling. Players picking the same task and getting locked out completely. Or losing one of their starts.
Just the tip of the iceberg.
I still had 8 people unable to even pick a task for the first time.

The updated post that they heard our feedback was just a blatant lie and the points were only very slightly adjusted to score better. You do have the possibility to score for 2-3 10k tasks if you hoard strategically.

People are way more inclined to give negative feedback than to go onto Discord to say something positive
I do think STFC has more negative feedback than many other games (I have 4 Official other game discord servers that I can compare to atm) due to how they run the game
But in most feedback channels the majority is negative

I followed the APAC channel when the beta was released, it was full of complaints about matchmaking
