my plan -> grind to fed glorified -> build newton -> 1 billion fed rep -> build enterprise -a -> repeat with other two factions -> then grind to g5 uncommon rep federation -> build northcutt

You want Newton first you have to lock fed rep at 1b. So killing rom or klingon
Then you can kill fed to get newton
newton's Ave your faction creds grind 1b locks, see how many BP you have when you get there
You should've been doing 1b locks at ops 41+
Could've started as early as ops 34
