I'm on US server but shouldn't EU get something as well considering their servers were having some problems as well? I think something was lost in translation here. This was proably the worst outage they have had, an a lot of the comp chest is giving out things like ciphers and trial bells. What should have been coming out are the missed rewards for not being able to do the events like those, not more stockpiles of what you could not spend to do the events anyway.
