I feel the problem is they’re on the back foot. I would imagine staff retention isn’t the best so it’s just fire fighting. I worked for a big multi national once who were in a similar place. Their resolution was a feature freeze and then work solely on improvements to the core. It annoyed some clients initially until they started seeing the improvements in day to day operation. Staff retention also improved because it became a nicer place to work.

Unfortunately thats a pretty common issue, get through the tutorial and go to settings so you can log back in. If you dont have a scopley id youll need to put in a ticket and hope they get to you before your shield expires

After each update, there should be an Event called: FIND THE BUG. So AT LEAST players get some benefit from fixing your game for you by using them as testers

well the welding hardware bug is still there and the holodeck bug as well, it shows the count of recruits on the recruiting screen as 3 even though you are no closer to upgrading your holodeck 5, 10 or 15 levels, everytime i look at it i check all the recruiting tab to see where i missed any

The $250 founder got you solar landmark, and Lotus say a special bit of dialog if you goto your own solar landmark. But they removed the marks from missions and just put you all in a list on a relay.
