100 days is pretty standard in this game though... defiant, voyager, monaveen, they are all 100 days... its gives the players who buy it right off a couple months to play with thier shiny new toys. then the rest of us get it and clog up all the systems

Just because 100 days is "standard" doesn't mean it's good.
F2P should be able to start getting ship bps at the same time it's put in the store, and should be able to get it unlocked before the arc series has ended.

I don't actually see the 100 day wait as a problem. I already have more ships than I do materials to level them up. If you're F2P you just have to be patient and not let all this content you can't get (yet) bother you, otherwise you're just stressing yourself out.
