The only other thing is that your journey is your journey. What works for other people isn’t a dead cert to work for you, adapt what you do to fit around what does work for you and what makes you happy.
I started off with the goal of two months of strict adherence to a meal plan to make sure I understood how my body behaved on planned, good nutrition, then had the goal of making sure that I built weekly menus with more variety that incorporated all the things I’d learned about my body.
I have a much healthier relationship with food now, I understand compositions, what my body stores, what doesn’t suit my activity level and what does, and what “cheat meals” look like and what their cost is.
And the big one I learned was I did not prepare calorifically for a 32 mile bike ride a few months back and I spent the next three days eating 4000+ calories and still losing weight 🤣

I’d like to tell you it’s worth the effort being involved in a larger alliance that can fight for territory. As the benefits are great. Though I am not a fan of territory reset. I find it another chore in a game where we all have so much to do. Though it favours the more organised alliances but it also favours the more spend heavy alliances. When territory was launched it was amazing. But now who has time to fight like crazy for at least the first 4 weeks and keep up to their dailies and loops? Definitely not me
