Because, yeah, it's mostly beneficial, unless what you want to do is shoot all the things

at which point, the only consequences of shooting all the things are... fan mail (argubly not a consequence), barring from alliances (that can sting, depends if you can make like minded chaotic friends), and being shot on sight (which... if you're doing that to other people as well, it'd be rude not to expect it in return)

If in doubt, declare war on everyone, then it's not outside of ROE... but you won't be able to un-declare war without the other people's consent 😂

Depends on ops level I think. In g3 I couldn’t pull rare chests with any kind of regularity, so had very few epic directives. Now I have enough epic dirs to at least finish the material rewards, and might be able to get the rest too depending on pulls.

It helps, but you still have access to the best source of epic and rare directives, the G3 chests

FC Sloan was easier to unlock if you were able to get in on the Wave Defense when he was released and got extra shards. Didn't take me nearly as long to unlock because of that.

That's kind of one of the flaws of some of the front loading of shards to BP events and Wave events. If you miss their release, you're hosed even more.

How to put everyone together without a war?

The power imbalance and the pvp range means every alliance that gets a war in our server at this point will just die.

Every alliance is always afraid of saying one wrong word. People won't join incursions discord out of fear of saying something wrong.

A bunch of players just shield through the whole event now, I know I do.

Ok, so I think this is correct. Had assimilation proc’ing all 9 rounds of a fight. Round one they mitigated 59.4% of standard damage. Round 9 they mitigated 59.1% of standard damage. So t1 Borg queen took 0.3% off their mitigation…at the end of 8 rounds of increasing. Even on mirror assimilation builds I don’t think she’s good. Is there a tier she would be? Anyone find her useful?

I can't stand that the Open PVP system requires specific ships even lose TO for scoring. So basically it's only points for winning.

I feel that incursions are failing, I’m lvl 45, currently we are winning but in my incursions invader damage SLB (which rewards up to 150 players) we have only 36 ranked! In the next slb tier (the top level players) they only have 100 ranked! So from level 42 -70 only 136 players have engaged in the incursions from our server, it used to be hundreds more!

Heck, this is my first incursion and I, somehow, pushed to 10th spot already in XSLB... Feels like we are beating a dead server...

Loot exo doesn't work on chests, so if the loot's supposed to be more in the chests like the Mirror hostiles, it won't do that much for you.

I also got a good chunk more gorn loot

And I didn't see a boost until my ship went back to base and went out, so need to dock before using it.

I was using Ent Pic, 5/11, Phlox with the Doctor below decks on a Sanctus, for 60%+80%+30% loot buff (so 170%). I'm killing level 57 silents (around 450 temporal loot on the scanner). With the loot exo, I was getting around 1900 a kill. Without the loot exo, I'm getting around 1200 a kill.

458 x 170% is not 1200, so not sure where the extra loot is coming from.

Maybe fleet officer or faction favors somewhere?
