When the mirror rush event didn’t show up after claiming the token, I restarted the app, and my account was gone. Just the newbie tutorial. No way to log into my ID. I deleted, reinstalled, got my account back, but my over all power number is glitching from 0 to normal, the UI is sluggish and janky, and there’s huge lag with battles

The problem is I like when they try to do something different and play with the structure of events but it falls flat when you stick it in a gift chest you can claim without realising then not have enough tokens to complete.
Communication is everything. A countdown to the start of sending out the first gift would have been sensible or really early communication through game and discord.

It's literally the same event that has ran a few times just has a different skin. It's not new It's just a rare event they do maybe once every few months. Anybody whose played more than a few months should already know about these timed events.. anybody who hasn't played that long probably isn't high enough to worry about it and if they are, well whale harder 😆🤷♂️

Yea at the time of collecting that didn't show for me, only after I finished other stuff and logged out then came back an hour later and the event was there with less then 2hours to go, but at my level hitting the 45s I'd need over 100 kills and doing that in 20mins ain't happening as it's a push to do much more then 60 as a ops 49.

It is possible depending on what you’re using. I hit 121 of the 45s in the 20 minutes. It was very intense, but possible with speed crews. Providing you can still take the hostile down with speed

Not with a Newton, and not having the latest officers due to the exceptionally paywalled sourcing for them all, the newest officers I have are the voyager crew and a t1 E data and e pic, don't have any others from the latest arcs and have never run a speed crew as never needed to.

Having an element of speed crew can be useful since the main loot you get in the early stages is from the loot boxes, not the cargo they carry. Need to kill as many as possible in the time to be efficient. Could maybe try kuron alongside some other pve officers if you have him

Eventually you get so much of all of the mats that it's not a big deal. I can scrap a max Stella and have it maxed right after I rebuild it. "hardest" part is leveling it again. And that's just a bit of time or XP credits.

To be fair... The way loops were built up to, the game gave an impression that you should be completing every loop everyday.
Now they've finally gotten enough loops and different paths that you should just be choosing what you want / need to focus on.

I have a pretty regular routine. Kill exactly 7 level 50-52 Freebooters, do some mining for a few hours while i do non-game things, collect all the things faction stuff and ex-borg payouts if needed, do the refinery. Rest is as necessary, if i feel like it.

You don't need to finish 2 of the SMS in those 3 hours. Just 1 SMS. Then you can claim another start gift (3 hours after the first claim) to finish the second SMS.

They dropped the requirement for second to last milestone from 100k commerce insignia to 15k so very much to players benefit. However a lot of people had completed the last milestone long ago and this has been creating bugs in finishing the whole thing. There are a few things to try if it happens that gives the game a nudge into seeing you have met the requirements

Why have the event start tied to a chest claim? The first thing I do is start going through my claims before starting events. The dumb thing is you have events that you have to select join to start, they don't auto start. Try programming the game with some consistency

I don't know man, I see your point, I really do. But running on "auto" implies there's a monotonous sameness to the process. Which there is. Until this big yellow window pops up at the beginning of the process that's not normally there. It's as if the code ran into something foreign and doesn't know where to send the next command. Higher it gets, faster it goes. Cannot be overstated enough, you'll see this come into play very quickly. It looks like a massive climb, but 0 to 1 mil is probably harder than 1m to 10m. Once it gets rolling, once you get your routine locked in, it flies past. 😁

it all depends on your ops, jelly is solid for you now. eventually faction ships will be your main

there isnt one. ive been playing 5 years (with probably about 4-6 months of accumulated offtime where i semi-quit lol), mostly f2p though i have put a tad bit into easing my experience slightly. havent spent in over a year i think, and even that was only battlepasses. its a long game. itll probably end when the game shuts down, whether by the company or because the company itself shut down. but sometimes it can be a tad fun, and as mentioned before, some of the people can be cool. mostly, i think its become habit for me more than anything, and seeing the people i like or the drama i enjoy viewing or sometimes even stirring in gc haha.

ultimately the franklin can be skipped, it has nothing to it besides killing swarms, but if your other ships aren't up to the task, you'll need the franklin for the dailies

the franklin serves its purpose, but its purpose is mostly just within its own loop. pushing the franklin is so that you can push the franklin faster. serves very little purpose. it does help with your swarm dailies however until you can accomplish them by other means, and you should be collecting your daily boxes every day.
so while it should be on a permanent back burner mindset and you shouldnt be sacrificing the rest of your performance for it, it is useful enough to have
