Mods here are volunteers. We don't work for Scopely and some of us are crazy (Phil and I have been here since the beginning -- Phil even longer than that). There is some subjectivity to what we do, so mistakes can happen and we try to own that.

CMs are not mods. They are staff who work for Scopely. They also use the bot for mod actions so not all modding is by mods.

And there is Automod. It catches 80% of the "bad stuff" and we get blamed for "deleting it" even though we did not have anything to do with it. LOL

How is the game still so unplayable 24 hours later? I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, and still I have a ridiculous lag for doing anything. Ghost ships everywhere, no scoring in any event or daily until I restart the app, constant crashes, and just an all-round terrible user experience. I’ve been through a lot of arc launches in this game, and this is by far the worst so far, and I’m not even considering the extra content.

Having done the new mirror loop theres some good and bad. First the good. The hostiles are not difficult and i got enough trelium A for weeks. Trelium D i need more of but that will come.

The bad. The using of tokens to move between gateways means that eats time. Higher ops have higher impluse speed but also got to go futher. I ate several minutes just getting to my destination last night.

Also your on the clock. What if my daughter calls me. Sorry love cant now im playing a game and on the clock. That doesnt wash.

Waves are similar. We dont need more loops thats are on the clock.

Then there adding another refinery.

My morning refinery pulls already take a long time. Its now a bit longer.

Also eacch loop gets it own specialty ship. While thats fine in a way if we get new loop every two or three months then its more specialty ships to buy or grind.

This is how the game ends up feeling too much.

The mirror loop can be used to grind some rep and ship parts reducing but not eliminating the need to do this in the systems we are used to doing it but that does not get trellium either.

Essentially the model that scopley is on need to change. As scopley cannot just keep adding to the number of refineries.

Remember you can cloak and the loot chests pay more than you get of the hostiles in you cargo so you dont loose everything. In fact you get more from the loot chests
