you want to get to a point where you can claim the 300/3k recruit tokens every day for all three factions, and just steadily max out the faction recruit officers. once you get the rares, you'll start getting transport patterns which will help sort out some officer deficits 😄

well never said it's not a 2-way street. There's a simple truth, scopely wants to make money. If people start running away, their income will drop and if they can prevent it by investing in the community (and finding a balance in it), then that's good. Might not result in anything WE want all the time

The question I have: how could we ensure that feeling gets over to the ones in charge? I don't think works against you if you find some likeminded people in the community. The way the brackets was changed when g6 came out lumping all g5 into the 1 from the 2 they was in and 7 months later it still being 1 bracket for most slbs mean that all the ops 49 and 50 players hold there till it changes as there's no point going into a broken area of the game. And last month was one of the worst for pay to participate ever, as a ftp ops 49 I had the BP event and maybe 1 other event most days.

Well, it's just how large companies generally operate. There's been a schedule of work/things to make/do for months to come. Fixing and having possibly unpredictable outcomes could lead to even worse situations (regression errors) for stuff that's already been prepped for production. As the game lives on new content, like literally, you don't "just" change stuff overnight 🙂

You don't need to go forward, you can go back in time and retrace the steps :). Like for example, the cube. It's already deployed, so the whole trajectory has already been passed. I'd say - along the lines from last to first:

• Deployment in production
• Gather preliminary feedback
• Deployment in test
• Work out technicals, design and models
• Work out adaption of existing processes
• Think of the storyline around introduction of the cube
• Create all prereqs for an arc
  etc. etc

it takes a lot of time to work those details out 🙂

Won't it also cause PVE problems though? If G5/G6.... content is balanced around people having certain paid content and an increasing amount gets added the gap between paying and free players keeps widening so even if both people are the same ops their strength will varry wildly. Balance it for F2P and it'll be a joke for payers which doesn't motivate spending, balance it for payers and free players will struggle an increasing amount

The Barrier does have F2P sourcing via the "mirror universe" and it's research tree. Can't say more than that, but, you are right. it'sj ust another thing spenders can get a whole lot of immediately and f2p will drip source for months/years
