Maybe for now. But I think as alliances experiment with the spatial rips more uses might be discovered. Like if an unshielded base is found in a hostile alliance, opening up a rip there to let multiple peeps attack is pretty cool.

Raiding isn’t worth while anymore. You’ve got to find a base that’s big enough but the small amount that’s pulled when you need T’s worth past 50 make the time to raid not worth it.

Hammy, speaking of Voyager token space, is there anything being looked into for the anomaly nodes? They don’t refresh properly unless you exit the system and re-enter and there are tons of ghost nodes that show empty, but when you click on them to try and use it, it says you’re attacking someone. I’ve also noticed some nodes when you occupy them, they don’t actually mine. So….a few issues.

Best I've found is to Restart your client while still in the system. So you don't lose any tokens. But yeah, it's definitely broken. I've accidentally attacked people when I don't have a shield up 🙂

Yes a client restart seems to be the only thing that temporarily fixes it, but it acts up before I’ve even filled my cargo. Happens on PC and mobile so there’s a script or something on the backend not running properly.

That made a lot of sense when Ascension just opened up and the level cap was 49. But for most (older) servers the level caps are gone so the best advice is to hold when dailies become hard and then move when you're able to do the next level's dailies, taking the time to keep up with research and keep up 2-3 warships for solo armadas (because the costs will increase with ops level).

For ops progression, there's this fantastic chart from @opal plover 's Discord (check #chart-index over there). It's the best current advice on when to level up.

58 is the only good camping spot. There's so much stuff you don't need before that, can lead you right into a trap.

58 lets you finish a lot of loops, allows you to still hit 60 hostiles for easier events, good miners to replace junk meridians, gives access to all new content, and there's plenty to do while you finish up everything before the 60 push.

Everybody who doesn’t spend hugely will end up camping somewhere eventually, because of throttled mats. May as well have that happen as high ops as possible, because backfilling is cheaper than spending in the moment. As long as you can comfortably clear dailies and BP daily, slowing down is a personal choice rather than a “should”, IMO.

Plus new branches of research keep getting added, which lessens the value of the earlier researches anyway.

No wrong way to play, though, as long as you’re enjoying it.

Fed/Rom/Klingon kill dailies like you note there and ore/crystal/gas mining dailies are based on your reputation level, not your ops level. generally ops-based kill requirements for dailies are within one level of your current ops level

Yes, you can have as much rss as you want. The capacity is just the protected amount. Also your generators stop working once you hit a cap, but you can have trillions of rss easily. You can also have as much parsteel trit and dil as you want at any ops level.

Even sigma rss, but that is ops locked anyways..

first you get your stuff with mining, from ops 10 onwards you probably get it by shooting hostiles. and from ops 20 onwards that will not suffice anymore. you will get ressources from events and dailys by that time

Why has nothing been done to give player's L30+ Wave Defense system's that We can Actually Do.

I personally have only had
👉🏼 7 Milestone from the first Wave Defense Arc
👉🏼 Zero " 0 " points from the 2nd and 3rd
👉🏼 Only 4 milestones from the 4th..
It's such a shame, This event could have been really enjoyable, but it's not ..

When you go up in ops level you will eventually be able to do it. Not everything in the game is or should be available to every ops level. If you can't participate in this part of the game, there is plenty of things to do. Grow your account and eventually you will be able to participate and earn rewards.

I love the borg, don't know if it's the aesthetic or just that First Contac was of all the movies of ST the one i liked them most when i saw them with my dad as a kid.
