So, if I get it right: the war chest with it's pvp alliance event is available every week. By completing the event we get 10 keys which is enough for two claims of the war chest, giving out two currencies in total for this research. Meaning we need one year of continous gameplay for this research, and that's only lvl1 of it.
Scopely, you really need to get less consetvative with these kind of stuff 😡

Well really depends on that last shot... Cos weapons fire till all shots expended.

If 1 hull left and you during 20m shots and weapon does 3 shots that's extra damage past hull of target

You can by testing and looking at battle log choose targets that main weapons fure last shot on average.. At hostile death to Inflate damage per kill

Ie you could drop down and actually do more damage than hitting what you should

If target is low health when say you firing a 400m shot that could be extra 399m damage

Or could be 3x that if weapon fires 3 shots

Ie. Tribune with burning,

If you join a Armada for loot only take e-pic,e-data, 5 below deck Doc.
If you want to fight the Armada and punch up you need Armada Crews like sisko miles 7of9 etc.

That has long been the problem with the game. There is no meaningful grouping of PvP combat. Any server older than 12, maybe 18 months, devolves into whales so powerful that they may as well be a kid with a magnifier glass burning ants.

Unless they come up with a way to pit like power players against each other, and only each other, the game will die.

This arc has reinforced my reluctance to spend any money on the game and now has me considering my final exit. When you can't do your dailies without being hunted by whales the game has lost all enjoyment.
