So, yes - in order for you @raven sigil to grind Pic Hugh, youโd have to spend cash to get the ability to unlock the nx01 refjnery in order to โfreelyโ acquire pic huh shards, so right now he is not ftp accessible.
Eventually, 45 days or so, a ftp path will have been able to be ground out.

Thanks for the advice. I agree with you. We discourage that in our alliance. Everyone are around the same level but pursuing different factions, so we advice our friends to choose a base location which will allow them to move to repeat mission systems quickly.

they dont drop cargo, chests or anything traditional. So as long as you have not hit your hostile limit for the day.... check your faction messages before summoning it. THEN check your faction messages - they will be there

No, UK would be 1600 - UTC 1500 I believe
US is meant to be the heading for the US server pairings (immediately below where you clipped the screenshot)
All incursions are starting at the same time globally - that timestamp tells you what it is in your device's local time

In our server we know that this event (really the entire game) is notoriously unreliable, so we do not initiate the purge, unless thereโs an incursion event in countdown.
