Hi guys. I'm new player and recently got Kirk and Nero. When I check battle logs, Nero 40% bonus to damage when burning does nothing, damage is unaffected. Also when using Kirk, his 40% ability bonus when morale up also does nothing, damage, mitigation everything stays the same in logs

It's more likely that the officers are working, but their abilities are being overshadowed by all the other bonuses available. 40% bonus to damage can be relatively small due to diminishing returns.
