Start by claiming your gifts. This will give you some currency and a mission to start. Then go to the sectors in the screenshot I posted to collect items for the mission. Finally, your event store will have a folder for the illness events, and in that event store tab you can refine the medical tests. Just make sure to hold some for the next two days to get credit for three days worth of sms

You don't need to farm in a particular system for specific ship BPs

You might get more luck or feel you are getting more luck in certain systems

yeah you could hit 31-35 for 10 years, you'd get about 20 blueprints in total by that time.

you won't get 100 bps from hunting hostiles until like the above said, when you're so high level you no longer need/use it.
