Not sure which ship you do use. The 61 and 62 do work for me best with Janeway+Torres/Tucker and Tendy, Hugh and Tom LD. can kill 15-18 of them with that.

Using Deridex too. Lorca instead of Tucker does also work, depends a bit on the tier of that both which is the better one. In my case: Can not kill the 62 with Lorca, but 2-3 with Tucker, not much a difference for the 61 on the other hand. For LD: The Order i have given was not correct, depending on how much places you have. Hugh is most important.
