yea, so...Scopely changes the radius on how bases get chosen. This was done ...uh, dont know....3 years back....from some user feedback. I alsways got the asnwer "use the arrows", which is really bad, because the time you need to scroll throgh...is not enough to target a ship.
Simply said, it works as designed...but causes way more frustration, than solving the issue to target a base easier. This is actually the history...in the past, the Radios to aim for bases, when lots of miners attack it, was tricky...because you needed to klick throgh lots of miners. BUT tbh, I agree....the Radius of the bases should be narrowed down. If Scopely could ajust that, pvp will get more enjoyable again 🙂 Or place the bases around the planets bit more away from each other.
TLDR: Works as designed...the Radius of the bases are to wide for ship targeting.

It should be possible to work with layers one can choose. You should simply be able to selectively hide all bases, hostiles, player ships, mines and everything else in the view and just sjhow what you want/need. It's not as if other games don't use concepts like this that you could learn from.

Just because a player is out of one set of ships doesn't mean they won't continue to upgrade/grow them. It would be nice to be able to max out all ships, not just have to spend money or spend years just refining them. We get 3*/4*/5* mats in events dailies in most things as well.

And please add a bonus refinery for ship parts too.

if your ship is surviving multiple rounds of getting shot in a base they're not going to damage you meaningfully

like in practical terms. if my pilum is surviving 5 rounds vs a base - which is enough for healing to matter - everything it hits dies in a round at most.

anything that my pilum can't kill in one round is in a base that's so big that my pilum dies the first round it gets shot.

and so it doesn't matter if that ship has a pvp mending favor because it's not taking several rounds of damage in the first place

spock's club says i'm at 679% repair cost efficiency, 464% from research, and the rest from drydock level & syndicate. suppose it's possible yours is a lot lower

main ones look to be a 165% artifact, 100% from the voyager research, and 100% from the free prime in the station tab.

Reds means hostiles of any kind. There is a chance they drop chests that have ship XP. The vast majority of xp I get is from daily events. They rotate and some give ship xp.

But just killing stuff is the fastest and easist way to get ship xp. Easily 95% of the xp my ships get is from me killing things. It's called "grinding reds".

You can't win the Event by hitting ship's, you have to have XP In your inventory, and use that
Lat can be in missions, Limited Events or you can get some from Chests from ship's,
The event will come around again soon.
The officer recruitment event is simple spend recruitment token's for a chance at Ship XP plus some part's or a different event gives you Latinum

Grinding xp from hitting hostiles won’t score, is what he’s saying. So if you don’t have xp, your only option is using your lat. lat to xp conversion only gets to the good rate if you buy a lot of xp, small amounts are very expensive.
