They're testing things, if it works well acceptably and the "all servers" 61+ XSLB events generate what scopely want them to, then they'll likely be split off from the regular spend SLBs

No ‘Enterprise nx-01 repairs xxxxxxx hull health points’when attacking aquatics and meeting the favours requirements (below 40% hull). . . But i do see that text in pvp battle logs when enemy players explorer pvp mending favour proc’s. . . . So is it just a visual bug that its not showing in battle logs, or is the favour not working?

@terse jackal i have a feeling its not working. First 10 battles vs aquatics hull went from 52.8m to 26.8m. Next 10 battles it dropped from 26.8m to 1.93. At some point in bsttles 10-20 my level 8 enterprise nx-01 repairs favour should have kicked in repairing 14% of 52.8m, so 7.4m hull per battle. So i would expect to see that hull repair in the battle logs at the start of the next battle in which my hull has dropped below 40%. And so in battle 10-20 i should have received it from battle 13-20 (battle 12 being when my hull went below 40%). Thats a net 49m across the 7 battles. But nope, nothing. I’d say its broken.

Once you have 100% crit damage floor. Before that your crits are lower than your standard shots. But once u guarantee the 100%base u can run crit, hull breach and iso cascade crew for 1.5x standard damage. Small gain, but until then its not really worth it.

pretty sure design doesn't talk to anyone or explain how they want things to actually work, engineers build it as per their brief so whether it actually works the way design intended who knows, but then nobody seems to talk to the infrastructure guys about anything anymore, spelling errors, incorrect descriptions, prompts leading to the wrong system, it all started going south before DS9 and has just gotten progressivly worse over the last year, funnnily enough right around the time they went from a 50 man team to 200+, they apparently added a bunch of monkeys and no QC.
