I certainly don’t have anything against Bubba. My last interaction with him was on a whatever with an unmentionable CC. He was irate that his costs of leveling had gone up 3x. He mentioned his costs…he was spending more money per month than 99.9% of players…and I realized none of this was relevant to me. Bubba’s problems are not my problems, the CCs aren’t relevant to my cheapskate play style…I’m just content for the spenders.

I wish all players well, including Bubba.

Did you actually listen to him explain it? Nobody used the word cheat or thief or even accused him directly. He was quoting things from screenshots other players had sent him that they had received.
The whole exploit thing was not just about him, but every single player that bought that upgrade pack.
You are making out that this whole holodeck upgrade thing only affected 1 player and only that player was punished.

Qs trials pulls from that list randomising weapons etc.
But ofc the simplest option was chosen rather than seperating wd and xindi hostiles into their own special groups.

It's often the case they let it play out the same way this way. Close it "early," and let the requests come in, then reopen it later. It generates a lot of chatter for those who've missed the deadline, and when it opens again, all those people are sure to be quick to claim. I'd bet it reduces the followup CS tickets doing it this way.

Something I repeatedly point out to CS but apparently I’m the only one 🤷 I work in tech and have worked in CS way back when. When there’s such an active community (some would argue the only thing keeping the game together with recent incidents ) there needs to be heavy investment in comms, CS and community engagement. Yeah event was 3 days long. Mega grind as well. Then the 24 hrs to claim fell on the weekend which selfishly is a bad time for me to play. I was hoping to make more milestones but never managed it. I don’t feel leaving the event store open longer is going to stress the servers more than the leaky code. I mean send a push message warning of event store close. They send enough about the new arc and treasury 😂

No, you shouldn't buy stuff you don't know. If after you learn about it, you decide to buy, then sure if it fits your needs.

The cube's designed to be the 2nd to your most powerful faction ship. It can only grow if you develop faction ships first. For most players before level 50, it'll be pretty weak and have limited warp range. Most of the value it provides during that time will be through the cube loop research, in exborg research.

During G5, it'll start to grow exceptionally large and have the warp range to be useful as a warship. In G6, it becomes a monster and probably one of the best warships in your fleet.

The positive I have seen (having the NX01 you get a decent chunk of the standard Exborg credits daily, so it does actually now for the first time start to benefit the older loops where you can buy the grind mats from the Exborg store) before you never really got enough to make it worthwhile. I do agree the amount of new grind is much much worse and needs addressing but NX01 does at least help ease the older grinds in a more meaningful way
