Well, I wasn't in an alliance when it started, then I created one to try to participate. Does that count as changing alliances?
Not sure, sorry. If you are in no alliance, and join one, usually you can participate in event. But it's tricky. If you were alone, create an alli... Don't see why you don't score. Best is to ask support
But afraid you would find it impossible to complete an alli event alone 😅 need dozen of madas

My best guess is, as the alli didn't exist before the event start, the game don't recognise it so you don't score. But as I said, to be sure, only way is to ask support

Did you collect all reward chests for doing your dailies on a daily base since then? It doesn't simply count up day by day by simply logging in.
As Tängo said, the loyalty token is in the last daily chest:
If you don't get enough points from your daily tasks to open all the chests, you don't get the token.
Anyone else had the case of the missing grade 1 isogen in the territory refinery? I’ve re-installed the app, cleared the localization and restarted my device numerous times, and support has been a joke
On ops 25 and maybe also on ops 26 there is a known issue. You can either level up or in case you have, don't activate the iso 1 territory refinery service.
I'm lv 14 and trying to proc weapon damage with either Cadet Kirk, or TNG Data but see nothing in the battle log. Am I doing it wrong
I don't have a free ship to check them specifically, but.. they made a change a few months ago that several officer abilities no longer list in the battle logs (so only abilities that effectively activate are meant to show). Cadet Kirk should be one of these.
You would instead need to compare damage with and without, and you should find an average increase of twice the stated bonus (of your base damage).
Is anyone having issues with ships going to random systems? I docked all 4 ships last night and bubbled. Woke up this morning and my ships on the D dock is in Ferrer. Yesterday it was my A dock that was randomly deploying ships. I had the app closed with all ships home and when I opened it hours later, A dock ship was mid warp to Ferrer.
Yesterday while I was on someone cracked my base and my A dock auto recalled. Was trying to play dead and have some fun but my ship coming flying across the screen didn’t help. 😜

But you can't use security codes for uranium. You need uncommon armada credits for uranium, and the cool down is longer than that.

My Heroic BP Overflow score is not correct…anyone else have this problem?
There are some dual-resource systems where the mines have a chance of changing between the two types when they're reset. This is completely normal.
There was an issue where the BP started before the overflow did, so points scored before the overflow went active weren't counted. Contact support in game 👍

I score in Officer Exchange program for BOTH Klingon and Romulan when fighting Klingon Fighters with USS Franklin and Vella as a Captain. Is this a bug or normal?
Seems to be a strange event design. I scored for hitting eclipse hostiles with Stella. But why do you hit Klingons with the Franklin. That's more kind of buggy 😜

Was ops 23 the only building you did for the event? That's a known issue, where events are dependent on your ops level and aren't locked in until you first score points, so increasing level without scoring points first pushes you to the next bracket and then logs your score.
You can try contacting customer support in game either way, they'd be the only ones that would be able to provide missed rewards.

Yes. Pike doesn't boost Stonn's officer ability, but it displays like he does. Remove pike and you'll see the correct cargo capacity

Usually it's possible. There must be a small + on the bottom right or left side after sending the first input. If not, swipe in here to the left and check the pinned news. There are also other ways to contact customer support.

Bug or intended? Officers on Away Mission don't signal as having a trait. (Khan can have Criminal & Mastermind)
The last update, that allows for targeting a mission first over ships, has now made selecting ships during raid defense or attack MUCH MUCH MUCH more difficult to the point of near impossible.
Please revert back to the previous method and instruct players to use the left or right arrows to select the mission
Battle exocomp not showing when activated but disappear from inventory. Invalid warp path when attempting to reach unexplored systems, multiple connection drops since patch.

I will certainly admit that the Away Team Store doesn't impress me much since it offers much the same bps as the faction stores do, except for the faction that currently hates you that is. And being more expensive in a way makes it even less useful.
If they want to impress us with it's usefulness, they need to include more than what we can already get normally.
Ok maybe this doesn't exactly qualify as a bug, I just want to know why it's been 6 days since Traits were added to the game before Scopely bothers to tell us what it is and how it works. You can see in the lower right corner today's date and at the top of the annoucement how long ago it was released (just under three hours before the screenshot was taken).
I got to wonder if this is a bug or not I tried to do it's a race to OPS 23 yesterday and completed it and it never gave me the points this also happened with one of my team members where he completed level 21 and it never gave him his 200 points nor did it credit him properly as a matter of fact it didn't even put the proper points down which I do have screenshots on mine it just totally deleted apps for 23 and when I went into it it showed up 26 like it totally disappeared and I never received any points.... Here is the screenshots from my teammate who completed level 21...

It only adds 100% of the base amount, you likely have other bonuses in effect from officers and/or research.
@keen surge If that is the case, then it ought to say that. Scopely are too imprecise in the information, which they give to players.
Bonuses, buffs or whatever gained from researches, officers or similar are always calculated from the base value.
Can't do anything about the information that Scopely provide, I can only provide what we know. This is an adventure game, exploring the mechanics of STFC!

Yes, but this refers to the 32.19. In fact 32.19 - 4.20 = 27.99 which is the price you see in-game.

You shouldn't post your player ID here, and you won't get much help here really 😬
Go back to customer support, keep it simple and brief. Stuck ship, player ID, dock, and bridge crew. Usually they're not too bad with stuck ships, but at worst can be a few days.
Usually they are quite fast with stuck ships but it can take up to five working days as per terms and services.
Did you kill many feds one day and Klingons the other day?
Or turn in missions that reward rep to one and decrement rep from the other?

I strongly suggest you keep two positive if youcre starting out. Dual faction is a bit easier to handle and you get loads of repairs and such.

Depending how many negative reputation you are collecting. I suggest you watch out the points you score and check you reputation in-game regularly. Otherwise like the other dude says dual fraction is possible, single as well. You'll have to find your own way.

I just did a disruptor upgrade on my t4 Enterprise and instead of taking less damage it is taking MORE when hitting hostiles, even against what is considered a NORMAL hostile. Did a change occur or what?! I discovered what was wrong...wrong officer on the bridge!

If you haven't already, contact customer support in game.
Keep it simple and polite. Tell them that you're at the right level and reputation to get the Stella blueprints in the faction store, but that they disappeared after purchasing the first 10. Explain that you have sufficient credits for the remaining blueprints and that you would like for them to manually exchange the credits for the remaining blueprints.
I can't promise anything, but they have done it for others in the past.

Is that before and after unlock? The values will change the moment you unlock the projectile so you won't see any change when equipping it.

So any buff from projectile is across all ships even if not equipped? So then does that mean they also stack? ie positron and refractive both work on all ships. I thought it had to be equipped. Photos are from before/after equip and not in station.
I will crunch numbers from battle logs but looking at before/after equip it didn’t look like any improvement
They stack, and they are treated like research (you can get points in research events for unlocking them, and they count for the dailies.) You should compare battle logs before and after unlock to see the change, and you should be able to calculate what it added by looking at the weapon stats as well.

First 48h are done. Now the second 48h are running. It's running as described in your first screenshot. 🤷♂️

I'm talking only about the SLB. It counted the time to 0, resettled the timer but did nothing else. Now it counts another 2 days.
Me too. The SLB as you can see in your screenshot is running from 13 - 16 September. I guess you mixed the sms and slb up...

Anyone else notice Borg probes give about 50% less loot drops starting a few days ago? I don't know if it's a bug from some new research I did that's calculating my Vidar ship health incorrectly . A few others noticed it too, but some people say it's the same for them.
I've been maxing 290K the past year. A few days ago I started getting half only before dying. SAME CREWS for a year now.

Even if they're not, you should report it to CS. Even when issues are identified and acknowledged by Devs or CM, often you need to contact CS for correction still (the Devs will do a global fix for instance, but player-by-player cases would be for CS to handle).
Bugs should be reported so that a proper fix can happen eventually and so that others understand what's going on, but also contact CS if you're actually hoping to get something done about it..
Regarding the Exocomp, is anyone else not getting the 5 points for activating it in the daily tasks? And I don't think the Exocomp boost is working when it's been activated either 🤔
Something was changed with targeting. Its almost impossible to defend a base raid. It just targets the nearest base not the ship. Dont have enough time to click the side arrow.
This was a deliberate change and included in the latest patch notes. Not a bug.

There is a limit of 10 in the event store. Shipyard 25 is needed to be able to build the vidar.

Loyalty chest counts days by weeks or months. Have played for 2 yrs. Never got a 30 day loyalty chest but Scopely has sure got more of my money, maybe start giving me some back. Fix this.

Mate, your posting this once a week without reacting on questions or advices. You have to collect all your daily points by completing your daily task and claim the reward chests. Otherwise it won't work! It is NOT a counter for days playing in a row or similar!

Please don't use capital letters. Customer support has five working days to react as per terms of service. Usually stuck ships are dealt with quicker.

Seems to be an error when in Exocomps Store, I just spent 1250 on getting nothing.
Have you checked if your inventory has them or you were given back 1250 sometimes when/if lagging either of these things can happen

The battleships worth more points than the explorer or interceptor
Just curious how many out there are being affected by a bug where you can't select certain systems. There doesn't seem to be any pattern, just random systems while still visible, act as if you're clicking on vacant space, right now, I can't interact with Unroth or Benes Beta (Unroth was unable to be selected from start up). In a discussion with the rest of my alliance members, many of them are getting this issue, often causing issues with doing events, one mentioned Cada-X & Dis have been unavailable since the start of the "Rescue the Crew" event.
Just wondering how long does it usually take for them to clear a ticket?
Did you ever try to delete the localization data or game cache? If this was or is unsuccessful, I'd suggest to contact customer support.
I'd say that depends on the issue. In general they have five working days time to react.

Deleting localization data, clearing the cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting the device, turning off the device for a couple of minutes, several of us have tried every trick in the book we know. All of this has been to no avail, some systems will still randomly become unselectable until the game is reset.
Hello -- I am a level 32 player on server 57. I paid for the September BP but do not see the TNG Arc 5 missions anywhere in my rewards feed. Other players who are level 32 in my alliance say they are unlocked at milestones 6 and 12. Please advise. Thanks!
Contact customer support. They assign you the missions manually. I had the same issue but without buying the BP.

The only away missions that rewards points is the ones rewarding away team credits. Should really read the info as it does say complete new assignments
This is for ops 29. Took way longer than usual so something is definitely wrong here. I heard others got adjusted but mine never changed.

The game locks up when pulling the 24 hour chest almost daily and has to be reset to run.

BTW, WHY alternate nodes in this one system? EVERYWHERE else you can just reset your node and mine the resource you came for. Why make it such a pain here?
@little cloak unless your in a klingon system, mutiple g3 nodes of different g3 types in systems like Willenia. If you reset a crystal node in Willenia, chance it will change to ore node (not sure if it's a permanent flip when resetting). If you're in a klingon system, reboot your game, looks like you see an ore node but it's actually crystal. Reboot can fix visual glitches (works for me that way most of the time)
I did. The only system I have experienced the resource flip was in the one system you mentioned. Rebooting the game does fix the visual, but I grow tired of how often I have to reset the game due to either incompetent management not allotting enough time for techs to clear out bugs or under skilled programmers being hired instead of paying for those who could create a more stable product. I guess I am just venting.

if you select Manage on a ship that is docked, then use the side arrows to switch to another ship that is deployed, it will give you the options to Swap Ship, Assign Officers, and Upgrade, which will not work (because it is deployed)

I lost my rainbow projectiles 6 days a go and I put in a ticket to get them back, but this Jacob didn't check that I had them and didn't even investigate it properly. I when I first started buying the projectiles with momentos I received a error message, and I relogged and it showed me I had 35, Ionly needed 40 more rainbow projectiles, so I brought a pack that had 120k momento's and then spent them on the rainbow projectiles. Which then I went to activate the projectiles in my base and it showed that I only had 70. I waited 4 days for a response and then when the response came the ticket was closed stating that I received my 40 projectiles. This person who investigated didn't check about the error message, didn't check how many I had in my base and only looked at what the projectiles I purchased after the momento pack I brought. Now it has been 7 days after the first time I spoke about this and it's been a day and a half since I put in another ticket about this. I am not the only one who has missing projectiles so can someone please finally respond to my ticket and fix this issue...
So please can someone actually do something...not just close a ticket after not even investigating this issue properly

- Were tickets provided for this event within the past 2 days?
- Were tickets provided for this event at the beginning of the arc instead?

Scopely support is COMPLETELY USELESS. I created a ticket to report this bug where Borg Probes started going MASSIVE damage intermittently the past week, basically resulting from me getting 290K+ full loads of loot THE PAST ENTIRE YEAR to suddenly only getting about half, because of these random huge critical damages that result in the damage of like 10 battles. They simply dismissed it and responded with a stupid canned response and completely ignored the fact this shit started just last week.
The good news is the developers knew they F'd up so they fixed it because today I no longer see these massive damages. Even yesterday and all last week, it was doing it every half dozen battles or so, resulting in my Vidar being destroyed before I could get half my loot, resulting in me burning up tokens fast.
Yep there are about 133475748292 known bugs scopley refuses to address. Probes is one. I have the same issue I could always fill cargo and now I never can. They asked me whether or not I was satisfied with he game and what I didn’t like 🤣 why? They won’t do anything. I told them they screwed up our server with the merger - more childish drama than ever before. Dissatisfied with game glitches never addressed. And having to spend money to do events. They don’t care. They’ll take suggestions they can charge more money on and use them and ignore the rest. here’s another one.. exo don’t work. Period. Or else only work in pvp situations.

Ships in warp sometimes display being out of warp while still not in the system, also recalling ships sometimes gives an error or does nothing.
Mining rate on the North Star is not displayed correctly, which leads the ship being on a 0-node while the timer is still running and showing the ship as mining. Even though no new material is gathered
Those are all problems from the BEGINnING over 2 years ago now. Don’t hold your breath
On the assumption that you're using the Vi'Dar, the difference in damage would be too small for you to even notice. Even with a level 1 Vi'Dar the size of the damage bonus from the ship ability is so large that if it was your only damage bonus and you added another 80% the difference in real damage would be about 0.33%. the variance in kills you're seeing there is just RNG.
You're comparing the second hit in round 1 with the hit in round 2? These are different weapons firing. The first weapon firing on each round is the energy weapon, the second weapon firing on round 1 is the kinetic weapon. The kinetic weapon hits about 4.8x harder than the energy weapon
You've been hit for about 5.2x, but how much of that is damage range (lower end of energy damage and higher end of kinetic damage) and how much is from what officers you're using (if you're running 5CT for example there would be a greater reduction to energy than kinetic). Offhand though it doesn't look unexpected.

@keen surge I've been maxing out my Vidar cargo for an entire year. Let that absorb. Done? Over a week ago, I started getting half hull full only. Let that absorb. Clearly something changed. That's like you driving your car and noticing you're running out of gas halfway to work out of the blues. I had OLD SCREENSHOTS I compared with. Clearly only the new screenshots showed the 10x damage. Finally, yesterday, I'm back to getting full hull. Either Scopely developers secretly fixed the issue, or there's some combination of research a player has that causes the bug to appear. Not rocket science.
@dreamy frost agreed, all about greed with this company. If there's a bug players are using to avoid paying, they'll fix it in a few hours. But bugs there force players to pay more money, they'll leave untouched. Some of those buffs work some of the time only. Hard to know which ones work and don't work under any circumstance.
As per their terms and services it might take up to five working days for them to answer.

Without knowing what crew you're using, because you've provided basically no information, the damage numbers that you're showing work out exactly within expected damage numbers for level 32 probes. Let that absorb. Done? There is nothing inherently wrong in the numbers that you're showing here. Let that absorb.
There is literally nothing out of the ordinary in the screenshots that you've posted, whatever issue it is that you were having it's extremely likely that it isn't what you think it was, not that you've provided enough information to determine what it was either way, that's not rocket science..
And the buffs that RedAngel are talking about are entirely expected to have zero effect on Vi'Dar performance, not a case of only working sometimes.
Next time it happens with your cargo, because it probably will eventually, post up more information and we can probably figure out why it's happening without resorting to conspiracy theories..

The ability to summon other ships is not available until ops 30, and I'm only ops 28, so why would it be giving me a task that I cannot do?

New bug on Android with the latest app update, can no longer click on the Rewards box on the Battle Reports screen after defeating a hostile or armada to see the rewards. Can still claim boxes as normal from the Items > Loot Chests screen, but can't see the amount of rewards like broken ship parts or armada credits

The new extended zoom setting doesn't save on apple devices. Members of my alliance are having to turn it on every time they start the app

iPad Pro here. I just swiped the app away and relaunched, and the zoom setting stayed enabled and was working. I did clear localization hoping that 'might' fix the rewards dialog bug (it didn't), so maybe that is needed for this setting to stick?

So let’s get this straight. There was a new update for a small feature and they break at least 3 things in return?
- Rewards tab in battle report not working for ANY report not just armada and hostiles.
- Scrapyard doesn’t display the rewards for scrapping
-Extended Zoom the feature they added most recently resets itself after exiting the app 🤦♂️
A problem with the extended zoom is that going to the edges is impossible. I was trying to inspect an armada in the lower right of Iapedes, and Zooming in with the setting on made it so I couldn't see the armada participants. Zooming out, and the new priority tapping feature makes it so I can't tap on any ship there, it just selects/deselects the armada flag.
I can't tap to see the rewards from armadas and hostiles after the latest update.
The last PC patch wasnt a patch obviously its a downgrade of the game please fix it like now thx.
SCOPELY.... 1 step forward, 2 steps back on extended zoom setting. Now with it selected, you can't view the edge of the system when zoomed in.

Team is aware of the issues with previewing rewards, working on a fix.
It is only available on mobile devices with the HD graphics quality setting due to display/lag/crashing on less powerful devices. As they're on an MD device they won't be able to enable extended zoom.

SITWAP, but any common problems claiming the Parrises Square and Ticketed event tokens today? I claimed both and now they are gone from the gifts store, but no joy. TT submitted with SSs. (Also restarted, cleared cache, force stopped the App (Android) and switched to PC...no joy)

If someone hits a miner at 0 it will stay at 0 until someone else comes along and resets the node themselves.

It seems scopley cares more about money than fixing the issues...this game is supposed to be a stress relief for people but because not the bugs and missing items it's become more of an issue for peoples mental health during these covid times...scopley just doesn't care about it's players at all...

Your "mute" API's are broken.
You need to detect the saved state of the game's mute functions. The game will play 4-5 seconds of intro audio during initial startup before it detects it should be muted.
Once in game, switching focus from home screens back into the game will yank audio from any other player (e.g. CarPlay or Bluetooth) to an otherwise "muted" game.
This happens on the iOS version (latest) on iPhone 12 Max, and on the new PC port.
Steps to reproduce:
Bug 1:
- Open the game on iPhone or PC
- Change settings to Mute all audio
- close the game and reopen: hear audio during intro
Bug 2: continue from step 3
4) Plug phone into Apple Carplay
5) Return to home screen of iPhone
6) Use car radio to play FM/AM radio (or other non-phone music)
7) Return to STFC via task manager
8) Hear audio context /messaging switch from Car Radio to a muted STFC
Bug 3: Continue from Step 3
4) Return to home screen of iPhone
5) Play some bluetooth music to an external speaker
6) Return to STFC from task manager
7) Hear music/BT audio context ripped from music back to muted STFC

Extended zoom bug on Android (haven't tested on PC). When turned on, you cannot zoom into the outer edges of a system.
found a workaround sorta, you can send a ship to bottom of system then locate the ship, it will center it on the ship. At least until you try to move the camera again then it snaps back

Well, that E token bug is annoying. Not only 8400 valors lost but also the A token for a next event, more loss. 
Is there a way to increase the level of an unlocked trait?
E.g. my Uhura has the Resourceful trait unlocked and it stands at 1/3, so there are 2 more levels to activate. The screen shows a cost of 2700 trait xp. But the only available button is "Unlock Trait", which would unlock the Analytical trait, but of course that is greyed out, since the Resourceful trait isn't maxed yet.
So... HOW DO I LEVEL UP A TRAIT?

I was setting up an away mission I selected 2 officers out of three and then went to upgrade a 3rd to start his trait. When I went back to the away mission screen it had started the mission with only the 2 other officers.
When extended zoom is turned on, when zoomed in you can’t navigate across to view the edge of the system.
Turning extended zoom off fixes the issue.
Screenshot is as close to the edge of system I can get.

You have to have trait xp to unlock, and then more to upgrade. Finish the first trait, then you can unlock the next 1.

Hey - after the recent update, when you click on the Rewards in the Battle Results, the window that shows the Loot/rewards gained does not open anymore. So you cannot see how much you've won or get to the chest from this window anymore. Several people on Server EU-157 have experienced this

Just spent 11,600 event tokens to buy 800 Ultra Recruit tokens. Game took my tokens but didn't cough up the recruits. Already submitted a ticket but am expecting a cookie cutter response.
Anyone else experiencing no notifications? Armadas? Mining node depletion? Anything? I have none since yesterday. Have a ticket in about a failed 3 day bubble. No response on that either. And no help on the 4 tickets before that either. Where are the customer support people’s?

I have collect 75 Enterprise refit shards from the event store, now I can not claim the remaining 5 because the shards not offered anymore for the last 48 hours. What wrong?

There is again a translation bug in the faction hunt event when having German as language in the client. There are two Hunt the Federation Events and no Hunt the Klingons...
There Can Only be One ist also translated incorrectly. Instead of "Es kann nur einen geben" is the main Event translated as "Da kann nur eine geben" the player Event is translated as "Da kann nur eine geben" and the alliance event is translated as "Es kann nur eine geben (Allianz)"
All three are not 100% right if you want to use the saying...
You didn't get a critical success. Those particular away missions award 3 regular items, you just can't see the ship XP unless you hit the + on the rewards box.
I think there may be an issue with scoring in territory takeovers.
The takeover nodes indicate +3 points when attempting to retain a territory (see image).
I take this to mean 4 points per ship on a takeover node per minute
I have 2 ships on 2 takeover nodes but am only scoring 4 points per minute not 8 as expected.
There is no indication of any further criteria such as ship type to qualify this +3 points

The multiplier for using the captain in the Parrises Event doesn't seem to be working?
Went to reset a mine and instead the ship wont go onto the mine and warps itself out instead, while the game has to be reset to get back in to save it several minutes away from the mine.

I think the PC version is nice, but it's not quite primetime yet. You cant even submit a trouble ticket with it any longer.

I cannot view my cargo hold in the battle log. Some other players are also experiencing this, but some are not. I cleared the localization and looked for an update (did not see one).

Did it change up or below 500k during the day? This is one of the turning points where the scoring then is different. Would suggest to keep them above for one day and after event reset they should be same.

Did you check that in the event itself? The banner you see when killing hostiles displays never the correct points when it comes to extra points.
I’m getting only single points in the away teams event. 5 per uc assignment instead of 5000. Subsequently levelled up a trait and suddenly my points multiplied by 1000…lag or bug…not sure

Event is just bugged. Handed in an epic quest which also crit, and 3 x uncommon. Zero point in SMS and 23 points in SLB (Which should be an impossible score to obtain)

The epic was, not sure about the 3 x uncommons tho. But just done another and the points given was +5 & +8 towards the SLB and still nothing towards SMS. Points given out are far lower than is stated.
I was able to complete it without issues by using the new missions and spending credits for traits. If your sure that you used the rainbow colored ones, I'd suggest to contact customer support with the respective screenshots.
I noticed that yesterday, complete a rare mission and got something like 18 points, I did complete and get all 45k points by spending Trait XP so they seem to work okay.
Getting few reports from other servers that the inbox Rewards box isn't working.Servers 32,152 and 44 .Don't know if it's just mobile client or both that and PC. Also seeing a lot of retrieving looking up players ,ship tags disappearing,ship freezing and total game freeze twice. Yes I did the upgrade the client and reset game and phone.
@pearl trench I have been watching all the bugs as they have occurred and can say that they started when the game was updated. The bugs are, not being able to open battle reports to view rewards, not being able to install PC version w/o error msg stating I must log into Scopely server with my ID, then told my account didn't exist. I have been playing in BlueStacks for over a month on my PC and on my tablet if I need to leave the house while things needed to be attended too. From my perspective all the problems started with the update, and there are issues that need to be corrected asap.

Territory Research: Explorer Warfare lvl 6 was completed.
Enterprise Attack, Damage per Round, and Accuracy all went down.

I am lvl 39, have up to 10 ongoing away team missions and 5 ships crewed. When having to decide on officers to send on a new away team mission, I have to scroll "endlessly" until finding an available officer.
I noticed it has been fixed in today's Windows client update (v2.10.2). Hope Android and iOS will follow soon

What level are you? There are missions, depending who you ask it's either 35+ or 32+ though.

Yes, he has only 2 traits, Miner and Surveyor. The last screenshot makes it appear as though he is qualified for the traits Miner and Scientist of which -only- Miner is true while ignoring Surveyor.
Unless someone is aware of his capabilities and is careful not to accidentally choose him for an Away Team mission, he might be needed for other activities or missions.
Don't try to gloss this over, it's a bug.

Alternative is to just get trying to convince CS, though they may ask you to do the same based on similar problems reported in the past. If you can find a discord mod (they're becoming an endangered species it seems) they may be able to talk to CS for you also.

The battlepass currently indicates that I am 2.5k in points away from completing the Battlepass.
The Battlepass overflow is showing that overflow has occurred.
I hope this doesn't affect the end result.

Yes, they assigned the missions directly. So you'll find them in your inventory and won't get the keys to buy them.

As I recall, they had to make some adjustments to fix some errors in computation.
The concern is whether or not the people who finish the battlepass in full will get the completed overflow rewards or fall 2.5k short.

There are enough real bugs. If there is a problem we get a compensate chest and all is fine.
It's just what they set the points at.. both events show the same points, no issue with points not adding correctly, just the overflow starts before the battlepass finishes..

Metreon particles are a chance on refine only, you will only get them sometimes.
Mine's on cooldown also, but if you check tomorrow it will state "chance" underneath the metreon.

I did a rare with riker and I only got the 750 points. Should be 1500 points
"Server" milestone event, I am guessing that the 20 people each bracket are all getting points for that event so it is much more manageable.
It’s the whole team, Riker or Picard no matter the level completing the event together

Yes it appears the game does not recognize the new phones properly so everything is not sized/placed appropriately o the screen. Some elements cut off or just looks wrong. On a 13 Pro Max.
I upgraded to ops 20 during the race to ops 20 event and didn't get the rewards
On the rest and recreation mission I was supposed to somehow get mission keys through battle pass well I have completed battle pass completely and received no such mission keys. Am I missing something?
I can't even start this mission without those and it's due to expire in the next day and a 1/2

32+ get the mission keys in the battlepass. If you started the BP as 31 and upgraded during the pass it doesn't update the tickets. Contact support in game and they may credit your account with the tickets

Hi! I was making a purchase with Memento of Valor tokens in the event store and experienced a connectivity issue. Received an error saying the purchase failed but noticed that my MV tokens were gone as though the transaction succeeded, but I didn't receive the items I was purchasing, 400 premium recruit tokens. Support has been unresponsive. Wondering if some one can help.

I was just playing and the antique Latium that I was supposed to get in the game from killing a Borg freighter was not awarded to me. Says I received one in the place where I destroyed the ship but did not appear in inventory. Just wanted you to know about this. I am using an i phone X

unless it's not made clear, this could be read as 100 points for defeating an uncommon armada then an addtional 125 points using geordi or data as captain. it appears you only get an additional 25 points using either as captain.
If that is the case, the Data/Geordi scoring description should only state the amount of the bonus, not the total.
Armada event is broken. Geordi only gave uncommon points for an epic armada I just ran.

Points aren't scoring properly in dynamic duo for me either. Did eclipse armadas with Geordie as captain, got 225 points for lvl 29 UC, 100 for lvl 31 UC, 275 for lvl 31 R and 125 for 2nd lvl 29 UC.

My Mara reached the maximum number of shards last week. When I completed the two Threar from Beyond events yesterday and this morning there was no indication that the surplus Mara shards, which I had won, were converted into transporter patterns. Will that have happened, please?

Having an issue with the extended view on iOS. Have to zoom pretty far out to see the edge of a system. Won’t let you zoom in on armadas essentially.
I do all the mission, but I finish 6-10 before 1-5.

I bought an 50% warp togen and an 30% power. After starten for destination my ship stops in Kepler-18 and no Mather what I tried it ends op there! I have spend The last hour Solving the problem without any luck. I didn’t make my event finish coursed of that.

I just activated a galaxy buff minutes ago. I did not recieve the daily goal for activation or have it show as being activated. I had four of the buff and now only have three.

A loading screen is pretty normal to get. I'll get that too every time I start the game. Have you connected your game to Google play games or the apple equivalent?
When you win an officer shard in an away team mission, and you've maxed that officer already, you don't get officer XP or transporter patterns.
Did you actually compare before and after, or just assuming based on the stated rewards? Last time I checked it they did add transporter patterns for me.

Destroying Borg Tactical Probes does not count in the Military Supremacy event. What else do not count, Swarm Clusters? Doomsday Worms? Rift Aliens? Neutral Hostiles? Eclipse Hostiles? Yet another example of poor information from Scopely in the game instructions.

@icy venture it tells you in the scoring what level+, any hostile will count if it’s the level or higher then what you need
Lately, the game has a strong bias for targeting bases as opposed to ships. If a hostile is passing over a station house, clicking on it will select one base or another as it moves through. Only when it is clear of the station housing will it be single click targetable.
This is a particular problem when trying to defend against a raid. Want to attack that miner, NOPE! single click targets the base. By the time you can hit the next target, the miner is on its way home and you've missed your chance.
This is true for PC, iPhone and Android based on recent experience from SHNY on US-44
Not a bug. Higher priority in selecting stations and armadas was a part of the last patch notes.
