Unexpected Elite Bonus in Battle Pass. Earlier this day i wondered about messages in Battle Pass and discovered that I received the Elite Bonus for Levels 1-9 without paying one Cent for it. I guess this is a bug. And I heard from other players, that they got it, too. I reported that already over the the game, but I guess, here it could be good, too.

You have to do something to make sure the screen display show the actual position of ships. I was watching a guard ship at Beta-Penthe slowly approaching my ship when suddenly it jumped across half the screen and attacked me.

@last mist looks fine to me. That looks like a level 27 exchange trader, a quick look shows that they drop between 10 and 20 security codes. 300% bonus means 4x loot, so if you hit one with 15 codes then 60 is the right number.

Unexpected Battle Pass Elite Bonus - Part II. It seems, that I still have the Battle Pass Elite Bonus without paying one cent. And as I read, there are others who do not report this issue.
Though the screen shot is in German it is clearly to see, that the Elite Bonus is still locked.
What shall I do?
My account rests in most parts because I do not know wether that Res, Material and other stuff is taken away.

Is this a bug? Why when doing A Chance to Shine event does it give you wildly different numbers of points for attacking the same level swarm ship e.g lvl17 37k Hull ships with the same Phindra. Every kill is different! Same with other ships, even Turas, which again should be the same.

I'm a level 31 who has played almost 2 years. I just made Celebrated. Dailies require 10 level 40 hostile kills and 50k o4. Wtf. Daily targets should reflect player's level and strength. There is no way I can accomplish either. Feel like Scopely is penalizing loyal gamers. Way to go ... you are finally pushing out long term active players.

Kill the traders for the faction you are with and scouts that's the fastest way to lower your rep, might be worth going for double or even triple faction lock to help balance the rep level

Agreed I have checked the leader board and you are right the maths in the leader board is 3.6 mill points per kill, so it's just the banners that are miss leading.

I assume this last message wasn't intended for me. I was referring to the difficulty rating for the 2 other faction missions. At very difficult, I can't see how I will be able to reduce my reputation back to Respected.

And I doubt killing my own faction miners will be enough to lower as I have killing my own faction hostiles for the past month in hope of stopping reputation growth. Just slowed it. I got to tell you I'm rethinking this game as scopely penalizes long term active players who spend modestly.

The trick is to hit the highest level traders you can to build rep up for another faction so you get the daily goals for that faction which will lower your rep for the current faction it's a slow grind but does make balancing the rep a lot easier

Discovery missions. After completing the first 10 and getting the second 20 story tokens I had two options. 10 point story or 20 pt side missions. I chose the 10 pt thinking it was a part two and in reality it was the same 10 missions. Now I have missed out on the side missions.

Signal interrupted mission. Defeat Klingon, the Klingon is not showing in the system. No way to attack.

What if I told you that the Nero bug was not a Nero bug at all? There is a systematic issue that actually effects all three abilities (Burning, Morale and Hull Breach), just easiest to spot with Nero. We found the same scenario was identified in Georgiou. I then went in to test Morale and Hull Breach, and found the same bug with all 3. The bug is actually the system not updating when the effect should end if triggered again.

Meaning as example:
Kirk triggers round 1. He should inspire morale for rounds 1, 2 and 3. Spock triggers.
Kirk triggers round 2 (was already active) so should trigger rounds 2, 3 and now 4. Spock Triggers.
Kirk does not trigger round 3 (but is still active from 1st trigger and should be active for one more round from 2nd trigger) Spock Triggers
Round 4 Spock does not trigger, even though Kirk Triggered in Round 2 and should still be active.

Same can be reproduced for Morale, Burning and Hull Breach. Whatever variable to mark when to turn off the ability is not updated if triggered again when already active. Can be reproduced 100% of the time. All 3 effects are broken, just the others trigger more often/longer than Nero so just most visible with him.

Target selection for hostiles has been getting more difficult.
Tapping a hostile often means no selection or selecting a point in space, usually no selection at all.
And I am still getting greyed out buttons for target selection when the activity increases in the area, whether it's mine or someone else's .
Also the cutscenes between active points of the game interfere with gameplay a bit too much.
I have a 80 Mbps connection and doubt that my end is a specific issue, that leaves the web, store thruput, and server lines.

Very often, the hostile levels on reds, as well as player levels do not appear. When that happens, the alliance’s armada flag does not appear. This is especially annoying in short-timer armadas when a game restart may result in not having enough time to enter the armada. The only fix at the moment is a game restart.

Hi, having an issue finding a specific Klingon Invader to kill. In the "Remain Klingon Event" I am trying to complete the "Signal Interupted" mission. The second tab of that mission is kill a Klingon Invader, when I hit the locate tab I'm directed to the Obilent System but there is no Klingon Invader to kill. When I look at the galaxy map it shows the exclamation mark over the system, but no icon when in the system. I only have two missions left to complete so this is a real pain, any ideas on curing this issue?

Since the latest iOS app update on my 2018 iPad Pro running the latest iOS version, the game crashes no less than 5 times a day. Sometimes it’s during or immediately after the devices’ screen is off. However, on multiple occasions, I have witnessed the game crash at exactly the same time on both my device and a family member’s iPad Mini (latest gen and iOS version) while doing different activities in game, or sitting idle.

To add on the above: The game just crashed for the 3rd time today, this time when switching from Discord back to the game using the multitask view on iOS. The last view in-game was that of the exterior of my station.

Something is messed up with the Battle of Binary Event that just finished. The Armada system mentioned in the description did not have a blue flag, nor were the hostiles glowing

I can not recall, or locate my ship, as I does not appear on the map screen. It says unable to recall because the ship is already docked. The ship is not in my dock. If I try to locate it it shows me a system without my ship. If I try to go to another system and call it, the system says either that it is warping, or repairing. I can not move my base as I am missing my ship. I have restarted the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have cleared my internet cache. I have emailed support, but I have not received a response. I’m also wondering why I am paying for premium rewards I’m not reaping benefit from, because I can’t participate.

@tight jolt that is common throughout the game, the idea is to get you to level up more. You'll need the Botany Bay to finish that mission, possibly even a few missions in between. $copely does a poor job with mission sequencing.

This is very dangerous where there is a bounty hunter in the system. Especially so when the bounty hunter suddenly jumps across a large distance on the screen without warning.

I paid for the Franklin special offer (19.99 one)over a week ago, I have submitted a ticket but support still insists that I have received the items. I have not and here's why.

I have completed the quest line with Jalla up until it want me to build the Franklin which provides 45 blueprints. For some reason Scopely has deemed it that the only way to complete this ship is to buy the event special to get the final 45 blue prints. I have shown you where I paid for the event special @ $19.99 on 10/11/2020 by showing you the invoices in the below emaiks. Attached this time is a screenshot of the first franklin quest that would require me to buy the event special and that I have not built the franklin yet and do not have the completed ship in my hanger. And the second is showing how I only have 45 BPs currently so I can not complete the ship.

Then once the converse is needed, once again the opposite of my need is refined. Hi, since the last app update (yesterday) after resetting a mine I can’t move back to mine it when another ship is sleeping above it. To clear up the situation I have to kill the game and re-start it, only then I can select the mine and use it again, if no other has picked it in the meantime. It’s pretty annoying, especially when you don’t want to attack the “sleeper” to clear the mine visually, first. My remedy of the last months to check the “gifts/bonus” Menue to clear this bug doesn’t result anymore. Now a total app restart is necessary.

Two things: Bug reporting is broken for me. I do not receive the instant reply - that tells you all the things you need to do - before continuing. More importantly, my Discovery will not summon. I meet all the criteria, I have 210k of the necessary cultivated mycelium. My Ships are in different systems, all are idle, none or damaged. There flat out is not a "Summon" option.

Joining in to report a series of bugs I have as well. I’m on an iPad Air 2 playing. I have the purple squares frequently, often get the sync error when attepting to repair my station after attacks (eventually clears after a few hours), and am forced to frequently stop and restart the game to clear gameplay issues, like being unable to select a target, or target icons no longer show and just show a basic ship outline with no info on level. Also happens with objects, such as asteroids. I’ve found these graphic issues are tied to switching between screens. For example, if I’m in an event and I send Help or pickup my next 10 minute reward, then when returning to the main space interface the graphic glitches are starting up and require a restart of the game.

@ivory vortex The problem certainly comes from the disappearance of the ship due to a hostile attack on mine zero. the mine being at zero it is the hostile who takes off the vessel and that does not reset the mine but if the vessel dies from this attack the mine then remains unreinitialized.

A - No issues on iPhone 8+. Have deleted/reinstalled. Also updated iOs to latest. No changes. While restarting fixes it, it can be as often as every three minutes. It is associated with flipping between full screen items. Such as from space to galaxy chat to galaxy map and back to space. Most frequently occurs swapping from chat to space. Personally only occurring on my iPad. Though friends that have much newer iPhones, such as an XR, have replied the same problem.

The main one: Everytime I try to locate a ship, it just logs me off of the game, and I have to restart it. It has happened to me more than 30 times (or more) in the past 20 hours. It has been very annoying. (im on android mobile)
and also happens when i click on the alliance chat and GC.
First: When I try to join an armada, one time it had my ship outsize the zone of space, and had these weird building stuff.
Another one is where npc ships are still on the screen, and I can't attack them. So vey annoying.
