DeKeyser, i had the same thing happen to me. I sent in a report with screen shots. For some reason the 10 mission key mission we didn’t get which we need in order to complete the mission line for the Remain Klingon event. Now we have this 20 mission key mission and only 10 keys left and no way to do the missions for the event. Hope they figure out how that went wonky.

My gifts display shows an error. If I retry, I see a blank gifts tab, but going to another tab and back shows the 10 min and 4 hour gifts and others. Selecting them fails.

Separatist event points is completely wrong. It is supposed to be 3 points per damage done. For an example, a level 17 separatist is 25,000 strength. So logically it should yield 75,000 points. However, it yields 17,280 points. Making the event nearly impossible to complete. Here are the screen shots:

@warm dune you might have misunderstood the event requirements. It is 3 points per damage caused, not strength of hostiles. The level 17 separatists have 5760 hull health x3 = 17280 points per kill. You should be at least killing the 22's by the looks of it, might even be worth hitting some of the bosses (if you don't have PMC try Kumak captain, Nero and Decius. a second ship to help get rid of some of the shield first to get additional hull damage in also a good idea if possible.)

Ticket submitted to CS this morning. 12hr shield put on at 10pm last night. Went to bed at 11pm with 11hr shield left and my last action was send my disco to pvp system to be killed whilst I slept. Appears in some cases that your ship being attacked in these systems is flagged as you being the attacker and shield being cancelled. Confirmed by others in my alliance today who were online when it occurred. Be careful not to leave disco in pvp system overnight..or you might be looking at empty warehouses like I am

The scoring for the lvl 39-41 event is broken. If kill a 31 hostile in the correct system as my first hostike i get no points. If I then kill a 35, score register's as expected. If I subsequently kill 31s, it scores as expected.

Typically it's tied to spending history. If you haven't spent anything then you only have the basic packs offered, as you start to spend more the basic ones start to be removed and then more expensive ones replace them, and as you continue spending the mid-range packs start to be removed also.
@novel elbow burning is applied for 2 rounds by Nero, you can prove this by comparing hull damage numbers to hostiles (1% hull damage per round of active burning). Issue is that Nero activates Burning part way through the round and most officer abilities require burning to be active at the start of the round, this is not uncommon with officers. And no effects can be extended by abilities, this is not a Nero or burning issue, they all need to expire before they can be applied again.

The interface on the flash events on IoS 14.0.1 is really bad. I was able to select a hostile to attack only one out of 5 times and even then it was a stretch at max screen blowup. Not fun at all. 12 min of frustration trying to get trophies with two ships in one system. Needs to be fixed. Never had this problem before.

@novel elbow burning is applied for 2 rounds by Nero, you can prove this by comparing hull damage numbers to hostiles (1% hull damage per round of active burning). Issue is that Nero activates Burning part way through the round and most officer abilities require burning to be active at the start of the round, this is not uncommon with officers. And no effects can be extended by abilities, this is not a Nero or burning issue, they all need to expire before they can be applied again.

Other officers need to have their text changed though, such as Arkady who who only applies morale for 1 round instead of 2 or Sulu who applies morale for 2 rounds instead of 1 or Kang who appliesb breach for only 2 rounds instead of 3.
Officer abilities in general need to be reworked in my opinion though.

The latest bug that's been occurring for my alliance is the freezing/crashing bug. This is most aggravating with Armadas. In many cases, the person who starts the armada experiences this crash, which results in their ship not navigating to the armada and the message not getting send automatically in alliance chat. This has caused a lot of confusion and headaches for our alliance.

I thing you not understand for what we complain. Servers are overloaded, we have to tap an hostile 10 or 20 time to target it. No problem to get a gold star, but it is frustrating when you have an hostile near you and you can not target it when another player comming from far away get it just because sytem freeze. Please upgrade your servers. Probably virtuals so just have to increase for events.

@native oyster you can’t place a pin on an armada if your own alliance already has an pin placed. Other alliances can place a pin (up to 4) on any armada. It’s a glitch to be able to place two pins from the same alliance on the same armada.

Send a ticket to Scopely that says the ship slot (drydock A or so) and what bridge crew your ship has and ask for them to return it to the dock. They should fix it within 24 hours.

While attempting to participate in flash events, I cannot lock onto hostile targets. It will initially allow my ship to begin attack, but then displays message that it's not a valid target. It is preventing me from obtaining goals in this event. Tried restarting game, had no effect.

@cinder axle that issues is known and happens once in a while.... you need to contact support to reset it, which might take a day and no, they wont compensate you if would need that ship in events or such...

Hello Team, I have some problems to upgrade the mayflower. On the screenshots you can see, that I have enough latinum to buy the lost gas. But I get the message that there are not enough resorces. In this case I have found another bug. Because the latninum cost are growing the more gas I have collected. When the gas was zero, than I must pay only 68 latinum.Since I have collected 90 gas the xost stands by 116 latinum, an now the cost are 113 latinum. Any idea, how this can happen

I’m hoping there is someone there at scopely that is esteemed enough to explain how it’s possible to have a station attack in the middle of a 4 hr bubble... I stopped playing this morning around 1:30am, set a 4 hr shield on station and yet wake up at 4:15am to see somehow my station had had a failed attack 2hrs prior, but lol, still had a little over an hrs worth of shield left when I logged in. Just to prove it I’m providing screen shots at the time I was awake enough to realize what had took place. This isn’t the first time something like that has happened except the last half dozen time was when activating a 12hr shield and woke up to an empty station at your tech telling me that there is no known glitches in 12 hr shield but everyone I’ve talked too in game saying “don’t use the 12hr shield it’s glitched”.... but not before I had lost billions in resources. But yet because I did t have any hard proof (ss of shield going up and first battle report which couldn’t be seen), it I gotta could be done.. This time though I have all the proof necessary being I still have ample time and the correct amount of time left on shield but yet still have a battle report for two hrs prior and the lowest timed shield provided in game is a 4hr. Please investigate this as I’m sure I’m not the only one, and surely not the only one that’s been effected by the 12hr bubble glitch as well. Thanks. I will be posting this to our local server embassy as well.

@orchid phoenix kill any red hostile in the system and you wil go on in the mission , the hostile boss is for level 39 players . We don’t see them . So kill a random hostile and you wil continue the mission . Think you have 2 hostiles at that system 😉

It shouldn't be no.
What can happen is you're playing on one device, put 8hr shield up - then move to other device and do things there like destroy/refresh shield.
Meanwhile 8 hours later, the first device you played on sends an alert saying 'Hey, shields almost gone!' but it obviously won't be. Just the last thing that device "remembers".

I’m getting an error when trying to repair defense platforms. I have another alliance member also getting the same error. This is not while a base attack is occurring - my peace shield is up, and has been for over an hour, and I am still getting this error when attempting to repair. I’ve cleared localization and restarted the game, and still get the error. The same thing happened two days ago. I contacted support, and the response was that they can’t be repaired while there is an attack occurring...but that’s clearly not what the issue is, as the base is not being attacked. You can see in this screenshot that there is a peace shield up (it was the auto 10 min bubble, and it has 3m 32s left, so there is no attack occurring). The next screenshot is the error message when pressing the “finish” button to repair. The error pops up, and the base will not repair.

You have to actually work at getting out of negative rep, giving up dailies is often recommended if you can't grind enough hostiles to counter their rep losses 😬 go kill a couple of hostiles and see if the number changes. If nothing happens you'll probably need to raise a ticket in game, otherwise you're probably just losing more than you realise in dailies and the daily reputation event.

upon testing by alliance members, the pvp event only counts points for the first ship listed in the base if it's a qualifying ship.
even if there is a qualifying ship and it is below the top in the scan list, it won't count anything else but the top one if it is a qualifying event ship.

It would be nice if before the event the bug with the grayed out attack button that they said had been fixed really was fixed. But it is not. Also would have been nice to be able to target a ship and actually hit it rather than having an imaginary yoyo string pull you all around the screen. Timed events! Waste 5 minutes out of 15 rebooting my device because event tab freeze. Waste another 5 minutes rebooting my device to make actual event and flagged systems appear. Sometimes kills during flash time don’t count. Screenshots were made 10 minutes ago on EU server so during a flash event. You can see that I did kill an unknown alien during a flash event (4 hrs ago) , yet had no medal. On our server, one kill is always sufficient to get a medal. Also, I had the same issue earlier, just not bothered to report it so far.

Basic answer is that Kirk's maneuver increases your stats, which increases your health. This is then lost after combat ends, but the higher value is shown in the summary for the battle.

@grim path there are lower level systems in faction space where you can mine undisturbed until you get your reputation even lower, hit enemy and you'll probably find they suddenly coming after you 😉 in higher level systems they should be hunting you at this point, get lower and it'll be all faction system. there's also actually a neutral crystal system in klingon space (Maranga) for some reason..

Please fix the dang scoring in the Vulcan Hello event. It continues to fluctuate on when it decides to start counting points. Sometimes it’s 30secs, sometimes it’s over a minute and a half. In a ranked event it’s extremely frustrating to kill a valid target and not have it count.....

Two minutes later, screen still frozen. Now no ships are visible.
After I reloaded. The screen was still frozen and no ships were visible. After the Flash Event ended, screen scrolling returned but the ships were still invisible. I was able to mine some Mycellium. I think that so much is going on simultaneously in the Flash Events that the system is overloaded and it just grinds to a halt.

I did not experience the problems in the last Flash Event because I seemed to be the only ship in a non-critical system. However, I could not score as many points. This seems to support my idea that a crowded system overloads the server and causes the program to grind to a halt.

@grim path the reason you are attacked in Augment space is because the locals objected to Kahn and his cronies taking over. So anyone associated with Kahn gets attacked. That according to the storyline that introduced the Augment space and Kahn crew.

It's a combination of your app overloading the memory on your phone and the server getting overloaded with requests
If you're in a really busy system, the network communications are up really high letting you know where all of the other ships are going, in addition to your phone processing and storing that in temporary memory, so you are just piling on the issues there.

And of course no compensation will be offered for a bug that's known for ages.
So far used around 300 30 mn speed ups, millions in trit, and wasted a top 10 position.

No one has responded to the ticket I submitted either. I'm not trying to be impatient but I am curious on why its taking so long.

@nova panther Thank you I understand. I was just a little confused because the automated message confirming that my ticket was received said they usually respond within 24hrs. I figured that if it wasn't within that time frame that it would at least be soon afterwards.

@cinder axle it usually doesn't take longer... seems they are unusual slow... if they react keep asking for a compensation even if they say they can't do and have to refer you to another department... 3 days ist pretty bad
