So I think there's a bug when a 12 hour shield is activated. I think the client assumes that the server has received the message rather than verifying it's active before displaying to the player. I set a 12 hour shield last night and went to sleep. Overnight I was raided (C'est la vie), but it's a little irritating to wake up knowing you set a shield, saw it active, only to find that apparently the server didn't get the message.

Hi, I have a ship "stuck" in Eclipse space. When I try to recall the ship I get a message that it is already docked. when I try to do the ship using the locate button, I'm taken to the Galaxy view where the Exchange Beta node is in the center. I cannot find my ship inside exchange beta space. When I try this send the ship anywhere else, I get a message that the ship is unavailable. I've restarted the game several times and the issue still exists

I get this error everytime I tried to donate the available resources to Khan for the "Autopilot to Yirda" missions. I have uninstall the game and updated my Samsung Galaxy phone but it didn't work. I DO have the Dilithium the game required for the mission. Help?

@sturdy fossil Not your fault that they completed automatically, but you only get the rewards in this case reputation if you click collect, there you have the ability to check before doing so, and if you don't want to collect it, you can simply archive it. it is what I did for some missions that would have impacted my way of getting all 3 factions to 10 mil rep, so I archived them and collected only when it was the right time to do so

With Music & Sound Effects off, periodically my background playing of books or music gets interrupted. Also, when not playing anything sound-wise in the background, my bluetooth headphones lose their charge as if they were listening to music. It would be nice if all code involving sound would truly be disabled when these settings are off.

The 60% in the battle logs are incorrect, Pike should be 100% as of the 40% synergy effect added my Moreau - its just an display error kind of, but common .... this is important to understand whats going on. I noticed Pike works in many cases not at all, whilst Moreau works (like with Tlaan & Chen), My Carol should in result jump from 25% to 50% (25%* 2), but based on my battle logs i only get 25% max. And i compared the actual damage caused per shot, not as just the 25% listed above. Also things like Cadet Scotty should work, it does apply on the screen but you cannot travel as far as the display states
I made some tests killing eclipse miners. Cheng did trigger multiple times but the fire pattern has not changed at all. 4 shots, then 2 shots, 4 shots etc. - I am not sure if that issue is caused because of the loading time of guns, so maybe an bug in the algorithm

Hi. There was a bug during first battle pass. I have bought the elite pass for getting the resources in the elite battle pass but I only got G2 resources. But during the event I have level up to OPS 20 and activate the Kehra. After this, I bought the elite battle pass, but got only G2 resources. Support will not help, just saying, in the elite pass were no resources included... I believe they have no clue from the deepness of the game. So, please help, otherwise the money was for nothing 🙏. All my G2 ship was still on maximum at this point. .. and that would be the last time, I spent money on this game... .

If you were 19 when the event started, your rewards are locked to OPs 19. They do not increase when you level up. That is working as intended, not a bug.

The good news is, those G2 Materials can be used. Build, Max and Scrap Phindras/Tallas/Turas/Envoys and they reward G3 Materials.

The mission Autopilot: Yarda appears to be bugged. I have 9M Dilithium and I don't have enough resources to donate 3,000 of it. Since this opens up the shorter routes in and out of AUG space and the current event uses decoded data, this is kind of a big deal.

When you went to 20 you should have seen the rewards did not change and then you had the option to make the purchase or not
Rewards are OPs level dependent, but lock at the start of the event.
like it or not, that's the way it works. You had the option to review the rewards before making the purchase. It may suck, but it's not a bug. Try #💬-events-feedback

There seams to be an bug with the new rogue officers. I did had a battle with 9 rounds and the hull breach on myself was caused in round 2. Rima should as example give 80% damage, but the damage output never changed compared to any other officer setup i used. Also latest in round 9 i should have 8x9% = 72% chance to criticals plus 7% from the ship itself = 79%. I noticed 0 chance in of more frequent critical hits compared to other battles and in round 9 all shots of Stelle were normal. If you consider there are 16 shots performed, you would expect at least few shots to be critical with 79%

Test with Realta showed that Rima did increase the damage from approx 200 to < 240 (considering 40-48 is the base damage of the gun) - so it looks like it works. Regarding the 8% for criticals it might be wrong and it does not stack up per round like with Khan, it only lasts for the current round. That however would be not as expected as i get then only 15% instead of 7% criticals max

Need assistance ASAP, for about 10 hour now I cannot access my account I have been playing since day one I tried logging in and it keeps forcing me to play a brand new account every time I try to get into settings I get this processing screen that goes in for 10+ minutes then crashes. The red number indicator for the dailies never seems to go back to zero. It always stays at 1. It will reset back to zero at midnight and then increase when I complete a daily and will decrease as expected when I click on the green checkmark buttons but the number will always get stuck at 1 left even though all green check mark buttons were clicked. I'm using Android 9.0.
Steps to reproduce:
- wait till after midnight when dailies reset
- complete a daily task (or a few to be sure)
- go to daily screen and click on green buttons to clear them
- after clicking all of the green buttons your red number indicator should disappear but instead you see 1.

@kind citrus if refering to 3k in upper right corner, that is a reward for completing mission. Go into station view upper right corner to see resource count

Yesterday, there was a glitch where a number of missions completed on their own and were replaced by the next missions in that string. Problem is, one of the missions that disappeared was the new mission. I and others in my alliance had got to the mission of having to scrap Stella, I haven't scrapped it yet however the string has completely disappeared now. I cannot see any announcement about this and am worried it may effect the rest of this string. Anyone have any info regarding this?

And another issue: since 2 weeks I get no rewards for the battle-dailies, although I killed 25 hostiles Lvl 42. Rewards should be broken battleship-parts, but they were never granted since then.

I end up with a flashing mission tree to harvest. I would then be balancing on the faction level. I'll archive them while waiting to see ...

Maybe this mission topic is wrong here, because it's no bug... many in our alliance also reported this mission auto accomplished thing yesterday and today. And everytime it's the same result: It drives the player deep into the "chosen" faction and the other factions are pissed so to say. But the missions where players want to balance this out are still untouched (e.g. when you are with the Feds, the Feds missions complete, but Klingons and Romulans missions are still there)

When your daily reset, your Klingon rep was at 1.2m and your Rom was at 1.9. Klingon hit the hidden threshold, giving you the higher daily requirements.
When you ground your Fed ships today, Fed ships give higher Romulan rep than Klingon, making them switch places. Tomorrow, you will have to kill the 33's for both.

Kicks me out probably 5 times a day when mining to reset cannot get back on node have to reboot ,ships heading into station the time is wrong sometimes says you are at base but could be over a minute extra .try to start an armAda kicks you out not every time but all these issues mount up to a game that’s seriously flawed

My ship is stuck. If I try to go to a sector it says I haven't discovered the path yet. If I try to recall it says it's already home. If I say locate, it shows the sector I'm supposed to be in from the galaxy map, but can't see the ship in the sector.

I post it here in case of it’s a bug and not a method to exclude by purpose paying clients certain feature that have been introduced for more as 1 year. I am level 35 and i almost everyone i know with higher level have the same : We have for many officers collected already the max amount of officer shards, for sure all standard officers but also many rare and epic. We see quite frequent now even cases where we just get officer xp and no officer if we spent recruitment tokens. For standard recruits this is basically the case non stop, but it happens also for premium and ultra recruits once in a while - and there is never any transport pattern. The options you see in the screenshot above i got only after I complaint to the support but it’s useless if you still don’t get transport patterns !
Also have to say lower levels have these patterns for some reason and thousends of them. That makes no sense as I am far ahead with officers after we compared

@crystal saddle ok, so you can see in the battle I've taken basically no damage, but if you compare the ship details you'll see that the remaining health bar doesn't line up and my ships hull health is actually significantly less than the hull health I had at the end of the battle. The report masks how much damage I actually took by giving significant increases to my hull and shield health, once the bonuses are removed I still have the damage.

Azetbur only increases armour piercing, this is just one of the three anti-mitigation stats. If you're fighting a battleship it might help increase damage over the fight (lowers how much they'll mitigate, will help other ships too but battleships have primarily armour for mitigation), but yeah you'd need a lot of hits to get it to add up.

Yes, it will come off. But this won't impact your ship like health boosts does, it's just a part of the damage calculation.
@tepid lichen are you basing this on having.. maybe 3 battle reports at the very bottom of your report list that that are immediately before the first station hit, and your station was immediately dead and being hit by a survey ship?

Cross posting from galaxy chat. Game is nearly unplayable at this point with two major new glitches. 1. attack button is greyed out which is lots of fun when you’re being attacked and need to restart the game. 2. Tap the screen a dozen times but it doesn’t register and nothing is selected even though I can still pan around.
Btw both glitches above seem to happen in more populated systems but are otherwise random and sometimes self correct.

It shows 27 parts, but stops abruppt after Ahvrix said " Okay Lets build up my ship "
Then all stops no further mission no benefit, nothing.!! No Mission button on the Mission table.

Oingo have had the same problem. This is not the best solution but need to reset, clear cache and possibly shut down and restart device. Does not mean you won’t be resetting a lot but only way I have found to keep playing.
Worse than the greyed out button is the continued glitch with armadas during an event that depends on them. The delay glitch cost resources that are not replaceable and help desk must be overwhelmed because 24hours no response. First image had a 3 min delay before the second armada showed and of course was started first. The second image is the delay and time freeze wher even my ship stoped moving again someone had started but what is seen on game is different.

@quartz granite there's a bug with the reports where on loading the game you will have several old reports listed at the bottom (should be one per dock). This effectively prevents you from seeing earlier reports.

Stella bonus on armada’s is broken . In my case I have 325% and by killing Hostiles you do get that bonus.
But in armada you get only like 30-32%

It was not there before but i think i found the root cause : The new data mining event. You must ACTIVELY mines for 30-45 minutes (or more) with the animation not moving on the screen.
If it is really the root cause, please devs, you must immediately turn off this event and change it (no more active mining). You are breaking/destroying the screen of your customers. If an expertise would confirm that, i think some US customers could claim some compensations (i don't think i ever heard a mobile game breaking the screen of smartphones and neither a class action for that).

no, resolution is changed from device settings. Graphics in game are different mechanism (better/lower graphics, sounds, etc) to be loaded in memory

For the last 4 days I have been mining 3* gas and ore, I recall my miners at 20k or more but when they get to my base, they never have that much on them. Most of the time they have less than the protected limit. I think there are some bugs in refinery algorithm dropping. I truly understand the random aspect but can scopely remove the 0.001 multiplicator and also remove the roundings from this algo. Replace those with refinery level and player level. I think that would be fair.

Ive done the math many times over the course of the game and Moreau has been beating McCoy for most of that time.

I've tested multiple times on Sawrms and I always get more kill per hull with McCoy or Spock than Moreau....but true, your mileage may vary

actually go out and see how many swarm you can kill on one hull with each crew and see which nets you more kills

A constant level like swarms maybe. But when doing random hostiles of different lvls because it is what spawned and i can beat other players to kill it is different math

I think this may have already been reported, but anyway: I am noticing that every time I tap on a stuck hostile (hostile that does not move and cannot be selected) parts of the client UI become unresponsive: none of my ships (even ships in other systems) cannot target anything, neither players nor hostiles nor mines, no ships can move even to other points in space, cannot warp other than recall, etc.
The rest of the UI (e.g. officers screen, alliance button, refinery, etc) works normally. This lasts for 60-120 seconds, then the UI goes back to working normally.

@novel dome go to gift chests tab and come back to system. Fixes that for me every time

I finished the points for the battle pass today, and now the battle pass is missing from my event with no way to collect. I don't have any of the stuff from it either.

Not exactly a known bug but a strongly suspected one: the spontaneous attack.
Happened twice recently, a ship either mining overnight or leading an Armada attacked an other ship on its own without player intervention, leading to lost mine and shield or lost Armada.
Initially looked like an attack on that ship until closer investigation showed the presumed victim was actually the attacker.
This presumed bug may explain some of our shields lost in middle of night, which happens not infrequently. And also why support often replies "your ship attacked" when told about such shield loss.
One more detail - there is some indication that the bug might occur when both ship inadvertently land on the exact same spot.
