So far I found the following easter-eggs (new, undocumented and exciting bugs):

• constant game crashes with extra long reloading routines
• minute long combat animations for pvp combats
• completely missing combat animations for pve fights with targets remaining visible after them being destroyed

to remove the already destroyed targets, target again to get a "ship location not valid" popup which removes the already destroyed target's icon

I tried contacting support... the issue is that I try to sign in to my icloud and it asks me which one I want? It shows my old one as well, and asked me to restart... But every time I restart it takes me to the new account... not my actual account

First issue with update, go to refine 3 star Crystal, game freezes doesn't show the results of refining but took the raw crystal from my inventory.

Following maintenance and update I tried exploring the new systems and upon arriving in Valance, the ship is now stuck - I can't even move within the system.
"Ship cannot set a course in its current state".

Cancel warps are staying on even after the ship has reached its destination! Counter for an armada i just ran said there was 2:15 left and by 2:05 we destroyed it! Connection issues still showing even though I'm feet away from a fiber op high speed router! I cannot restore my OLD account... i choose my old account the game tell me to restart the game and after restart the game start with the NEW account:(, i’m on IOS and i am signed in Game Center. When i start the game is a popup from game center and tell me the user.

The first thing to do is force a restart. Differentiate between the home button and the power button at the same time. If the device was restarted, it usually clears the data in the cache.
You have a lot of different apps, also cache this diverse data. To delete them, you have to start the right app, go to the settings and go to "Exit cache".
To make sure that the cache is restored, it is usually done, the app again with the loss of memory consumption too much.
Make sure that you have always received the new system update, as this can also control that the cache is managed.

This is debatable, but "fixing" so that we can't hug a planet is now so annoying. You need to change that back, that was actually one of the best things about this game. That or either fix it so that we can port our bases regardless of where our ships are at. Or how about letting us swap crews outside of being in base? The lag and hostile misfires you are experiencing is because their code and servers need upgrades and optimizations. They keep adding new stuff to an infrastructure that can’t support what they already have.

Did Scopely ever fix the bug with PRIME REFINING where you pay $100 to get +1 extra refining, which works on UNcommons, but actually REMOVES (i.e. -1) refining for rares? So for example, if you did middle tier refining before of 2 pulls, you now get 3, but for rares, it's actually 2-1 = 1. In other words you get screwed by Scopely.

Did anyone mention the broken hitboxes yet? You can't even click around a hostile anymore without selecting it. There's not a HUGE range in which you can click on hostiles AND players. Guys, come on. This is not okay anymore. Edit:// When zoomed in, mostly. Less troubling when zoomed out all the way in, but not okay nonetheless. The least you can do is convince Scopely to give a 24 hour shield like the one after maintenance until you can fix everyone's account. Players online can choose to break the shied, but those who cannot log on will get a 24 hour break until you can fix the issue. Please do something to sort this out.

My alliance players are not seeing that issue. The are being taken back to the start of the game as a new player. Its something to do with connecting to GameCenter.
