The bugs have multiplied since this crappy update today. Now all my missions are unarchived it have vanished. My bookmarks are gone. I get stuck in chat screen. My ship gets blown up for being stuck on a node in a system my ship isn’t even in.... can’t use the faction store, event store, daily store, guess this is how scopely plans to combine servers by making everyone quit.

So here in Server 27, seems like every single data node is busted. Upon reset, the nodes refill to only a fraction of what they should. Anywhere from 100-3,700 units of Data depending on which system. Plz fix ☹️

@hidden condor that's not a bug, they've intentionally reduced their capacity but massively increased the mining rate. So now data mining is an active thing where you are always involved, like when you're hunting hostiles, only you're constantly moving your botany bay around. You no longer send your ship to mine and for 20-30mins before recalling, you actually stay with it moving it around.

@ivory vortex I have been putting tickets in to the support team through the game. It has been over 6 months that I have been having problems with my faction stores. In the 3 main factions I can't spend the fed, kli or rom messages that come from destroying scouts. in the augment store, my store has been reduced back to a level 1 store. My BB is tier 8 so that shows that i have been able to get the items to tier it up. but now I cant get the rare plutonium to do anything. Now with the update, my alliance members said that there is missions available in the augment store, which I dont see in there either. Im hoping for a fix soon

@deft turret @silk relic my experience is I often try to return to a node and instead of [Mine] it says “occupied by ship B” and I am locked out of it. I’ve had as many as 5 nodes glitched like this in 1 augment system and I do not see other players on them. Restarting game does NOT resolve. Crashing into a hostile and getting destroyed does free them up. I assume other players “see” my ship on those nodes when they attempt to mine, but don’t see the actual ship.
How slow or fast I return to my mining node doesn’t seem to affect the chance of the node “occupied” glitching.

Not sure if this is really a bug but feels like one to me. I level up to 20 after the maintenance last night. All the event rewards are filled with 2* stuff and no 3* in sight. Even the paid for battle pass rewards r 2* only. This is not worth the $$$

It is not going on 4 days since my card was charged for the monthly reward pack, and still the items from that pack have not appeared in my account. Your customer service representative responded about two days ago, claiming the orders can take up to 24 hours to go through, and straight silence since then in spite of multiple messages. So, I am both reporting the bug that your reward pack is not loading into the account correctly and that your customer support is beyond atrocious. I guess it is time to go to the BBB, Apple, and my bank to get the charge reversed.

no problem, groom used to be a twitter system with changing mines, the dili you see there are the leftovers, once depleted, they will turn into gas nodes and stay that way

Was attacked by a player and when retaliated just seconds after it wasn't the same player. @hardy trench you only need warp 13 to reach Yarda once you open the new paths, and you didn't need 40 before then. If you need warp 40 then it's because you're living in a system that requires W40 to leave.
You can also easily mine more than a days worth of data at a time. I got 3 days worth while getting ready for work this morning, and another 3 very quickly before to finish the event off.

I have had a ship stuck in an idle state for 16 hours. I can't recall, can't move it. Its stuck. I have contacted scopely support and heard nothing. I just bought 3 packs this week to build it and it's now unusable

I have a mystery that might be a bug - I did all the missions for the Aug and got all the BB bps that I know of (there are no related missions in my log or at the associated planets, and I had 30 bps before I got any from the Aug store), I started farming the bps from the store, but 2 days ago it gave me 12, then disappeared. I'm still 6 short. Any ideas?
I sent in a customer support request, too, as I've seen a few others with this issue

I have a issue, or a bug. A mining ship went missing just after the event started. I can't recall. When I locate, it shows it's in khitomer, but when you look it isn't there. Did a reset on the phone, and the game. Logged out of account, and back in. Cleared the cache, and nothing. All my miners are on that ship.

I have the Botany Bay blue prints, BB BPS, bug. I collected 30 BPs from missions. I collected 6 BPs from the Augment store 2 nights ago for the first time( 36/60) a timer appeared so I expected to collect another 6 last night. Yesterday after the update there were 12 more in the store. I collected those (48/60) but then the item disappeared from after clicking on it, no timer. I checked last night when my ~24 hours were up, no BPS in store. I checked today after the event refresh, ~24 hours after collecting the 12 BPs, still nothing in the store. Anyone know if this is a bug or if they moved the last 12 BPS to another source?

Delays/Lags can happen especially right now since everyone is refreshing nodes every few secs. I think you will get rewards in 30mins or so

@timber plover yes, your protected cargo should have been added to your stock. Increases can be masked by spending on repairs and rounding in the numbers shown, but otherwise it could be a bug. However proving that the amount wasn't added is a whole different issue..

In the 3 main factions I can't spend the fed, kli or rom messages that come from destroying scouts. in the augment store, my store has been reduced back to a level 1 store. My BB is tier 8 so that shows that i have been able to get the items to tier it up. but now I cant get the rare plutonium to do anything. Now with the update, my alliance members said that there is missions available in the augment store, which I dont see in there either. Im hoping for a fix soon

Has anyone noticed that Protected cargo capacity is not going up as expected? SEE attached... my Joaquin give 50% and one of ten gives 30%... depending on calculations that should increase the Protected cargo on my BB somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% base PROT CARGO is 8940, with both officers in proper position it's only 14K, by my calculations it should be over 16K... Joaquin should boost to 13.5K just by himself... rough math 9000 times 1.5 equals 13.5K

@fringe jacinth yeah, so you need to discount the research bonus first, and then add all the bonuses together to that base figure. When you get to higher values you can only estimate due to rounding, but that's where LCARS comes in with protected cargo values 😁

Patience, yes, in 5 years this bug will be fixed. Just like the warp times that still don't work since one year with the officers that allow to go faster, or 499 other details... plus the 10 new bugs they added to make us "happy". The arrival in distortion which repeats itself indefinitely when you enter a system, the ghost mines (a bug which exists for a year too, but which was less visible when there were less resets), etc., etc.

@umbral citrus most issues on this is players changing alliance after event starts. Which means yes you receive solo rewards, but your score doesn't count to alliance score, because you weren't there when it started.

It has been over 6 months that I have been having problems with my faction stores. In the 3 main factions I can't spend the fed, kli or rom messages that come from destroying scouts. in the augment store, my store has been reduced back to a level 1 store. My BB is tier 8 so that shows that i have been able to get the items to tier it up. but now I cant get the rare plutonium to do anything. Now with the update, my alliance members said that there is missions available in the augment store, which I dont see in there either. Im hoping for a fix soon

Ok so I'm not sure what happened here but I scanned a station and it showed 459 million parsteel so my alliance member cracked it and hit it once with his horizon and it was cleaned out,i got like 6000 par and that was all when I hit it after him.

@sharp quiver there does appear to be an issue with augment faction store not giving out the BP after this last update. If you definitely got all 30 from the missions and were unable to collect 30 from the store (likely stopped immediately after giving you 12), then you'll want to contact customer support in game an explain the issue.
However do check through your non faction missions, they don't all give out obvious augment Rewards and it's common to overlook one..

Customer support are the only ones that can address the issue, and there is at least one person that has gotten prints after raising the issue. Also the more people that alert them to an issue the higher up the list it will be for correction.
You also need to keep in mind that 1) it's the weekend 2) they've been running on slower response times due to COVID-19 3) they still have many additional tickets to address with this new content release, slowing response time again.

@wraith coral there is more than likely a level 14 "sitting over top" of the node, and is not actually the ship mining
if you look closely you can see there are 2 ships there
it happens when 2 people goto an empty node, and the first person gets the mine, the 2nd ends up on top but is not actually mining

just an issue with the way they allow a ship to be on top of a node

but because it's over top of the node, you can't click the ship, only the node
it's the same thing as mission planets, if you put your ship over a mission planet, noone can click on it
not really a bug, more like a bad design choice
they have made changes to try and prevent multiple ships on a node, like if you cancel warping off of a node, your ship moves slightly so it becomes clickable
whereas previously it would stay right on top and noone could click your ship

there has however been a number of people here reporting issues with not getting the battle pass pack contents, the only thing you can do is wait on customer support

Chen is not activating. Log shows Mral's capt. and officer ability activating and Tlanns, but no Chen. This is a problem with multiple officers and you never seem to fix the problem. Highly frustrated about this.

My Dvor begins mining a lat node and starts at around negative 11k, and counts back towards zero....moved nodes, same thing. I don't like starting almost 12k in the hole while mining, I think that's a problem...

@low sable Chen works wonderfully for me. Though she only works in red hostiles. If you're attacking gold hostiles, Armadas, players, hostiles that use kinetic weapons, or hostiles that are level 50+ then she won't work.

I completed all the Botany Bay missions when I was Ops 14 and received 30 BB BPs. I moved to Ops 18 a week ago. When i first did, I immediately checked the augment store and saw I had 12 BB BPs available to me. Once I retrieved them, the button for BB BPs disappeared from the augment store. It’s been more than a week later and after upgrading my shipyard to 18 as well, the button has still not reappeared. I am supposed to get 6 BB BPs per day from what I understand. What’s up?

- you're in a higher warp system and can't get to the lower warp path, or
- because your ship can't access from either warp path it's showing you the more direct path requirement, if you get it to W45 ship you should then be able to access it through the other path.

Ok i need help. I have been having this issue for 3 weeks now. I warp to a system to do event and on arrival the AI fation ship targets me and the lag starts. I try to move around in the system and it shows me moving to the new location. But then the AI attacks me from across the screen or it auto moves me to the previous location. This stays this way until i am dead. Ive tried warping out and it wont let me. If i log out it wont let me back in till im dead?

@timber musk you can avoid that by moving the ship first before going to warp, easiest way is probably just to cancel the warp initially, then start it again
that lets the game update to the new cargo values and therefor give the correct warp timers
if you go directly to warp, and the cargo values have changed, the warp timers are based off of the previous cargo values, and give you an incorrect warp timer

The augment faction store is not showing the BB blueprints. I got ops, shipyard, hangar, the while shebang at lvl18. I'm currently sitting on 42 blueprints and no way to get more. Maybe the additional 12 blueprints broke something?

Anyone else having warp issues. Every once in a while more so these last few days when I warp somewhere it sends me home rather than where I tell my ship to go. I'm not sure if anyone else is getting this, but sometimes when I recall a ship, the timeframe it gives me will stay at 00 when it's suppossed to arrive. But if I shut the game down and bring it back up, my ship is either where I wanted to recall it from, or it's still in warp. I'll try to take a screenshot the next time it happens.

it's best to get it as low level as possible, so that you can tier up the ship with your leveling, for many, when it was released, we were already too high level for it, so it really didn't seem too useful
and it takes a long time to grind the FMs to upgrade it, but again, if you do it while leveling, it's a lot better

@crude veldt Pike does not work passively, and therefor can't increase warp range
there is a client side bug that makes it think it does increase the range, but when you try to use it, the server gives the error that the warp path is invalid
but pike's captain ability only functions during combat

Hi, i have been stuck at ops 39 for two weeks without the ascension event showing up. I’m on APAC server 188. I have a jelly and ops ready to upgrade to 40. I am the only 39 on the server but there is a 38

I just completed my final heroic milestone for the swarm event which is supposed to give me 3200 points for the battle pass. But it seems that it actually gave be about 9600 points

Seriously, why is it that always, and I mean every single time, the game starts lagging and crashes when you go to a system where you are not welcome and being chased by a G4 attack ship that cannot be defeated? I mean I have always noticed this and every time it crashes. And given how bugged n slow the loading is, even though I have a pretty good connection. Every time the ship gets destroyed and you have to spend hours worth of speed ups.
Is it because the G4 ships are not saved in game files till we reach ops 39?
And that makes it such that your phone is parallely downloading it and causes some issue?

My game is extremely buggy and laggy. I Also cant get the remaining Botany Bay blueprints for some reason. Also my ships do this weird warping glitch all the time.

I just completed my final heroic milestone for the swarm event which is supposed to give me 3200 points for the battle pass. But it seems that it actually gave be about 9600 points
@light yarrow the same for me, seems like counting is bugged. I have completed all quests for battle points until now at lvk 28 and I have 59600 points

The extra points literally happens every time they do the swarm events as points for a larger event 🤷♂️
@balmy onyx typically you wouldn't be able to get any at all until level 30 and the relevant reputation level, they've changed it with the last update so that you can get a tiny bit earlier in your journey
