Server 38 seems to be missing 4* broken ship parts from deep space. For example a level 45 with a t6 ISS goes to Tolain (40) kills a bunch of hostiles and only gets 3* , whereas I’ve heard from other servers consistently that they get 4*. Please help us on server 38.

@misty blaze you do not get g4 parts, you get fragments, and those fragments are then used in separate tab in refinery to get parts
Those fragments drop from reds lvl 41+

And I will scroll all the way down only to see it's something i've marked read over and over and it keeps comeing back. and it sucks because it's a report of my formor friends-now-enemys raiding my base. so scopely imposes severe limitations on what players can view in messages and logs, then claims potential bugs are actually not bugs because, no logs, despite it happening to at least 3 people in 24 hours. general solution to most problems, "restart the game" .. sounds like y'all took notes from microsoft.

@tough rose they increased the number of viewable logs to 30, that's something 🤷♂️ if you contact CS in game though they can send you the full details including shield times and the first hits.
And the bug is the log. You're seeing logs that should not be there, masking the fact that you've been hit additional times: that is the bug. And restart won't fix that, it just demonstrates the bug for people who don't understand what's happening.

@terse canopy its not a bot, its a display error. The combat overview never shows the correct damage, only the combat log does. Also the person could be online and just hitting repair as they get hit, it's common tactic these days.

Kirk increases the stats of officers, leading to more atk, def, health bonus and moreover you have increased shield cuz of spock
So during battle when there is morale the ship becomes more powerful because of the stats boosted by kirk

The game has been super glitchy all night tonight. From screen freezing, very slow action, having to reboot the game, to bases either being in 2 places at once or missing from their systems without moving them, and my ships either missing from a system or disappearing altogether in the middle of a battle. Other players gave reported tge same issues to me. I am not the only one who is thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the game for the amounts of money some of us have invested in it. Just fix whats there without trying to put more bells and whistles in it.

There is a node in the Bellas system X: 103, y: -521 near Feoun. It is supposed to contain 2683 units of 2* White Crystal but if you land on it, it willl not let your ship mine it. I have reloaded the program twice and it makes no difference.

@sleek moth it’s not bugged, pikes ability only works with combat abilities. Even if it shows an increase it is a visual glitch. Does the same with Scottys warp increase ability. Shows an increase in warp range but doesn’t actually increase the range.

@native oyster That does not hold up in the EU as an agreement can only be valid if it was intended or may reasonably be assumed as intentional.
With the lag on scrolling and buttons, that can never hold up. So they are legally obligated to refund - or add a confirm button to prevent accidents.

@harsh bough i don't think you are right... before the last arc of the borg event, we could do normal armada 37 with these sorts of ships and crews. There is definitively a problem with Spock and Armada ATM (i saw several players from differents servers bring the same problem on this discord).

@zealous grove please see my comment above about the augur. Maybe its an idea to speak about whether or how the obliterate works or if its better to completely ignore the burning effect. For hostiles the pike crew is better anyways. But I would find it dissatisfying if there is no good combination of Romulan officers that can bring the primary ship skill to shine (unlike Enterprise).

Cuz it’s heavily being exploited on our server; not only for wars, but also to rig events like those latinum events for instance:
Players “hiding” their ships there with overcargo latinum for a whole week, and then when the event starts again they hitting each other ships back and forth (or simply use a second account for that) to “steal” those overcargo latinum, kicking the event off with tens of millions of points and can continue toppling it with ease for 1st place if anyone coming close whom is putting some real efforts in it...
Granted it’s a nifty way of bending the rules into their favor, but not really fair for everyone else...

Hello! I tried to scan through this channel to see if this problem has been addressed yet, but couldn't see that was. Lately I've had this weird bug that when I look at a system at first glance, it shows completely different data (i.e the players and the levels). Also a lot of under lvl 15 bases with shields up. When I tap on the base or zoom in, it changes. I made screenshots to help visualize.. Server EU 167

I completed about 8 to 10 researches costing about 1/2 Billion resources and thousands of common and uncommon g3, and hundreds of rares in a span of about an hour that cover increased hull, increased critical hit dmg, crit hit %, increase all defences and mitigation, increase dmg, etc. - but all my ships got weaker. Lost bewteen 5%-20%combat power. Is there a bug somewhere?

@glacial plume there's a bug with the battle reports where they will include several old reports that should no longer be there (seems to be one per dock). These dud reports effectively reduce the number of reports.

Players gather a survey with a massive overcargo load of latinum; yet instead of returning that to their base, they park it “safely” onto those mission planets instead...
Then, when the latinum event begins, they make a deal with another player (or just their second account) to hit each other back and forth for those massive overcargos, hence one player starting with tens of millions of points on the event...
After done hitting each other (or just his alternate account), the overcargo survey gets parked back onto a mission planet again, and the next week the rigging repeats itself...🤷🏽♂️

The refine on latinum antiques appears terribly off. So far I've refined and gotten zero of the special transwarp cells. I have gotten every other possible refine twice except two. I have gotten the parsteel tokens 3 times and a regular transwarp cell 4 times.
I get they are a better reward, but it's under a 10% chance and getting the latinum antiques is already a rare spawn with a lot of competition.
I just think maybe the ratios are broken. I've asked several times and no one has said they've gotten the rare cells, but there is rumor of a person getting them once in one alliance.
Another bug. During Borg armadas 3 times I wound up with zero hull left. Scan showed a skull 💀. Even got scanned by other players to verify. I was able to do two more armadas and didn't die. On the third armada everyone died and the target, which we had already beaten a ton, was mostly undamaged.
We started calling it the undead ship bug.

Solo event isn't scoring right. 1 should be able to clear the daily with 2 level 22 kills (104,000 damage × 3 pts/damage = 312,000 points and solo max is 601,500 points). I've killed 3 and several level 17s. I still have 2 milestones to go.

@near current damage number came from adding up the damage in battle reports. The scoring guide says 1 damage point = 3 event points (at least for my level). I dealt 104,172 damage (according to the battle reports) to destroy a single level 22 separatist.

I completed about 8 to 10 researches costing about 1/2 Billion resources and thousands of common and uncommon g3, and hundreds of rares in a span of about an hour that cover increased hull, increased critical hit dmg, crit hit %, increase all defences and mitigation, increase dmg, etc. - but all my ships got weaker. Lost bewteen 5%-20%combat power. Is there a bug somewhere?

I'm on server 27 and me and 3 other teammates set a shield before going to bed last night. All our shirts expired about 1 1/2 to 2 hours in to using them. None of us attacked anyone so the shields should've lasted until they expired. My teammates were raided, thankfully I was not. This issue needs to be looked into and not given a canned response. If you put up some screenshots showing before, after, and the hostile killed showing a discrepancy in points earned the mods should be able to raise it with the team for review.

There is a bug related to shields, I know about the 12th shield (which does exist and is still denied 😂) but it could apply to the others. If you have a ship on a mine (any mine) and you throw up a shield that overlapps a current shield, then for some reason your miner gets killed, the shield timer will continue as normal BUT your shield will be down, the graphics for your base won't show the blue bubble and you wont be protected.

When can we expect the the Kirk & Spock issue in the battlelogs are fixed? Some say it Kirk & spock works for all in the Armadas and the logs are just not showing up correct. I however made so many tests and see that if everyone uses the combo suddenly the entire group performs extrem worse as using any random group and shields are not restored as they should for more as one. Same issue with Pike, who should effect e.g. Scotty and the UI does do it, but the the bonus is not applied on execution client/UI and server logic dont seam to match

Ok so listen to this when im raiding. I send out ships to attack the station click on station hit attack, ship goes out attacks fills cargo and i recall it back.. Thats what should happen. IF I USE DOCK A OR DOCK B THE SHIP STARTS THE ATTACK BUT WILL NOT FINISH OR COLLECT RESOURCES 😤 ONLY DOCK C WORKS!! LVL 19

There is, or was, a bug where if there wasn't enough res for a full load then the ship wouldn't take anything. Required using a lower level ship to raid. Haven't seen that for a while though

New base location strategy: put your base in a place literally no one will look because those systems cannot hold bases.
@marsh cliff there's also a bug if you put up a shield on top of a shield, then someone kills a miner (on any node), your shield drops and people can raid you but the shield timer still counts.

it is every time you write that an issue or issue has been resolved such as the crashes. that a new update is available. but that problem or issue continues to occur. and is not resolved. I also regularly play other games and they never crash. and can play for 6 to 8 hours without problem. with your game up to 15 times the game ends during that time. so it is not a problem with my I Phone but with your game.

By the way, I always wondered, why can we not scan a base defence platform and check its stats? the research and all just say that they improve accuracy or stuff so and so %, but It would be great if we can scan each turret. I'm not sure if this is a suggestion or a bug

hey <@&509690795536941056> can you get the devs to fix the missing nodes issues on Server 12? Especially in Augment space. Many of the augment systems have only a single node for decoded data and that makes it impossible to move forward for those of us with an RoE on the server.
it's definitely widespread in many of the other systems but it's getting bad in Augment space
(none of the other reporting mechanisms I have for reporting bugs or opening support issues, even stated here or elsewhere, work I keep getting locked in the "we already closed this chat" or "we already closed your issue" problem so I can't file new issues)

In swarm space, I had the attack animation stop working. ss follow.
After attacking, I received notification of points for the event, but was able to click the same swarm. An attempt to attack gave me the invalid ship location message. Some of the swarm I was unable to click, I think because they had already been attacked.

I have been stuck out of game since just before event reset and have done all the trouble shooting.. turned phone off and back on after a few minutes, cleared cache from app setting on my device, unistalled and reinstalled and it wont load past 76%.. email has been sent since i cannot log in to send a ticket in game.. i thought it was fixed, guess not.

Ok i need serious help. The game froze on me trying to swap miners on a node i cleared cache and then couldn't get back in the game. I rebooted multiple times. Final uninstalled app and reinstalled now my account is gone. Game keeps making me start over again

Very frustrating and embarrassing. When the game connects to the network or whatever, it changes the chat to galaxy. I only ever read and post to my alliance. So many times, I post only to find I’m on galaxy again. Please remember my last chat tab.

I set a 12hour sheild at 7 or 8pm got on at 9:30 am I had been raided 6hours ago

Is there any progress on the getting raided while under a bubble issue? Forth alliance member reporting getting raided after setting a shield. We have opened a ticket for each incident.
Reading this channel, is it known to be an issue only for 12 hour shields?
Dev have any input on correction steps?
We are losing players who can't work or sleep without getting drained.

@vague vale even in our server many have been raided while under shield... but as far as I was told, there is no point in complaining cuz scopley acts as if it never happens...
I have experienced it with both 8 hour and 12 hour myself once each

Scopely refunded the shield to one player but resources were lost for good.
