Some people are not being awarded all of the borg points for the events. Some of my alliance members have all completed every event and the amount of borg points they have is way different. For example, this morning my alliance mate only needed 9600 to complete the event. I need 24k. We both have completed all the events so I clearly did not get rewarded points somewhere down the line.

It sounds like one of those back end CS things to have to fix maybe, the mods know more and have better access to CS and can give better advice. The player ID should be kept for pm's to mods and CS though 😅 until a mod arrives the best I can suggest is that they raise a ticket in game with all of the details.

#bug Lower level faction system fighter hostiles don't work. They never spawn for me.
The higher ones that take out my ships with 1 blow work fine though!

EU 146 is very laggy, ships get stuck in battle all the time game crashes every 10 - 15mins, warp times 9 times out of 10 are wrong flying to hostile space for a mission ship shows as being in warp but gets destroyed by hostile fighters

Here’s a new glitch to post. Had a miner on a g3gas node. Sent another one to takes its place. Hit recall for the one on the node. It’s doing the warp thing. also most of my team have agreed that the 5th tier of the hunt the hostile event is not worth it so avatars to most players are deemed worthless vs cost of repairs so poor decision to make it an extra tier without offering at least repair costs, in all honest most players think avatars are pointless

spend less on avatar development and spend those resources on game fixing instead

I had the same issue of being kicked off/not being able to log in last night and im server 144 and from Scotland. It was randomly OK though using 4G (and no its not my internet the problem as many other games and devices were OK) so I had to log in originally with 4G, switch my wifi on and then I could play 5-10 minutes before I was kicked off again and had to repeat the process. Ive been unable to complete the event because of how frustrating and time consuming this was!

@native oyster mine increases by just a few minutes on an over 5 hour repair, so it seems to be just a minor math error on one side or the other. My repair research is maxed, and I don't have prime repair speed, so that's 75% increased repair speed from ship-specific research, 50% from Repair Diagnostics, and 100% from my drydocks. That's 225% improved repair speed, meaning original repair speed / 325% (bonus plus 100% base).

Targeting reds now takes 4 clicks, tap-target, ship loses “lock”, then tap target again. After battle, game takes 2-3 seconds to refind targets, during which, no selection of hostiles is possible. At least I finally got in the game last night, after about 5 hours of the game not loading. Experienced a situation over and over again where officer abilities and captain's manoeuvres were not activating in Armadas for all players. This was seen in Battle Logs. I questioned Support about it and was told that the Armada Battle Logs only show only one entry for each officer however many times they are present in the Armada, AND any officer's ability or captain's manoeuvre will effect the entire Armada.

Basically, I do not believe what support has said to be true, and I want to report that Captain's Manoeuvres and Officer Abilities are not always activating in Armadas.

I just noticed it is not the case : I started to build the Vi'dar (4 days and 15 hours I believe), received about 10 helps that brought it down to 4d6h, used 4 1 day speed ups, and subsequent alliance helps only reduced time by minutes.

The response from Support is clear that they say this is simply not to have the BAttle Reports cluttered with the same Officer appearing multiple times. They say that the ability from one player's Officer is shared by all players participating in the Armada. This just isn't what we experience though.

Bug report: People are thinking I dirty hit them, but then check later and see that they were OPC. I think it’s because the contents of the cargo lost box are empty, rather than have a symbol in them. They forget that truly empty has “NO CARGO LOST”.

Having ships stuck in battle mode all the time please fix this bug. Plus the new borg mission has you lead roms into metra beta lvl 25 but then says kill 25 lvl 27+ meaning you'd have to use another transwarp cell to do that. But I has finishing a daily attack 25 lvl 29+ so killed roms in rom space and it said I finished that part of mission.

They don’t care, it’s all about how much money they can take from you.
You can equate latinum to usd, which provides a metric for how much each “bug” that’s not a bug costs you.

Hey guys, server 189 here. Swarm problem still the same, but now it's also affecting the ability to collect borg tokens. We can't effectively do the heroic swarm for op levels 26 and above (I think it 26).
We have no swarms for systems 30 and above. And we have 1 hostile spawning every 1 minute.
Heroic swarm = 150 kills to complete event, 1 swarm in 1 system spawning once a minute......... for the WHOLE server.
Come on are you guys serious in thinking that we can do this as human beings????
We have well over 250 players over level 26
100 players 150 mins each do the math

I have completely given up on the franklin because i cant hunt the swarm i needed to hunt to upgrade. Didnt care too much about this. But I do care about the borg points and completing mission.
Also I am part of an alliance that we hit 2nd 3rd and 4th in alliance events. So it's not sure to laziness. Just the lack of opportunity

The Ship Structure research appears to not be working. I've just completed level 2 of Klingon Ship Structure research yet the amount of tritanium required for the Bortas shield upgrade remained the same.

Maybe they need to recalibrate their priorities. Like instead of working on advertisements that in zero way represent actual gameplay, work on streamlining the game, or fixing bugs that wear away at the resolve of paying players, and eventually cause them to leave the game. Or instead of adding hollow content like avatars and tag on to the end of events to get them work on fixing old bugs that have plagued the community for months on end.

I certainly don't enjoy the "fixes" I** have to do to make this game function, perhaps they should try to correct these errors instead of figuring out work-arounds so they have less incentives to fix these issues.

Do you pay healthcare providers to manage symptoms or heal you? Or would you pay a landscaper to bring his truck of tools to manage the flora of your lawn, but instead he gestures to his machinery so you can use them to fix your lawn yourself and also pay them?

Paying players, feel cheated when new useless content comes out, but the same problems persist.

Surely you folks must get tired of apologizing all the time.

I have a dream that one day, all these bugs will be fixed and I can congratulate you on this game which has the potential to be a fantastic game for many years to come, but it is looking more like a flare, burning fiercely into the night, lighting everything around it, it's light might be bright, but it is short lived. I have issues sometimes when I send a ship back to base with cargo. When the time runs down to 0 and its suppose to be home base but it isn't. You have to quit game then restart it and then it gives you another time when it will be back at your base.

Hapens to me at lezat frequently, ship from gas node try to return my base at lezat and the timer goes zero, locate the ship says that the shipp sits on top on system lezat while ships timer is zero.

The enter to any system try to command ship to travel there, game display command not available message and it reinitates the ship timer usually second time the whole trip, and ship returns to home base

When you attack hostiles as well your ship is stuck in battle mode and you can't move. You have to quit the game then restart and hope that nobody has attacked your vulnerable ship and won the cargo.

Data event, when most servers have many systems with broken data nodes. Server 27 the entirety of yarda is broken, and many nodes in the next highest systems are broken as well.

Scopely support even went so far as to say before any upcoming data events these nodes would be fixed. Just checked.... still broken.

Well, but finally you asked for it. This game has more bugs than features. A lot of people at lvl 28+ are quit playing. You really should fix some bugs and should rework the rss system. It feels like a bad joke when the reinery gives you 7 uc and a ship part needs 1800, a building 420, etc. Even the 110€ have laughable amounts of uncommon. The rediculous high Prices for Ships or UC at my level and the countless bugs are a very bad combination!

@steep canopy the research works like a rebate. Although you need the number it says to upgrade once you do the cost is reduced and you’ll notice you kept more of the rss than it called for.

I agree it should apply to amount needed out right. Last sally upgrade req 135m trit. Once I saved up that amount and did upgrade i had over 60m left. So it used less than it said it needed

Moreau might be bugged when used with full synergy (-130% to hostile penetration in my test). In my test (T7 Intrepid vs L42 Fed Explorers), ships mitigations are at 58.43% when Moreau is at -80% but only 6.61% when Moreau is boosted by full synergy to -130%. (In my second crew I am using L'Nar as a null filler to avoid skewing the results)

@polar hemlock That is a common issue. Last 3 entries in the log are old. Attack was likely more than 27 hits shown. Customer Support can give you a complete report of the raid.

Hey, my game keeps crashing every 20 seconds after I launch it and I’ve checked all the potential sources, will there be a new update to combat this? A lot of people in my alliance also having this issue.
I don’t know where to put this so I’m putting it in the most logical spot.

BUG: There is a bug with agro npcs involving recall & abort that causes the position of the agro npc not to be updated and therefore your ship and the agro npc never connect to trigger combat
Steps to reproduce:

1. Warp into a hostile system
2. Set course with your ship and wait for the agro npc to spawn
3. Set a direction and wait 5s
4. Click recall & then abort
5. Wait
   The agro npc will continue on its current path and then eventually stop some distance away.

As long as you do not move, the vector and speed of the npc will not be updated

Quite surprisingly at the end if latinium and the data extraction évent i was unable to get the rewards. I for the message to claim them but nothing came. If i go to the corresponding finished events, the timer seems bugged and either says 0s remaining or 5d20h... And no rewards. Is there a way to solve this issue please?

When you run low on dilithium and use Latinum to pay for ship repairs remaining Dilithium, it has an error message saying not enough resources. When you collect more Dilithium, varying on amount, it will eventually allow you to start the ship repair. My guess would be the players Dilithium count on the server side doesn't match with the Dilithium count on the end client. Or the costs for repairs aren't what the same.

Why trigger daily for 4* gas (Fed) when a players Fed Rep reaches 30M (Celebrated) before 1) player has access to 4* nodes (currently level 37 player) which I assume is in Dark Space and 2) refinery can’t process 4* yet, etc. why have daily switch to 4* when one can’t even access or process that level materials. Please fix, so I can continue to get mining daily rewards.
