since last update My game freezes and logs me out everytime I fight a hostile, pick up a prize , finish an armarda if you can find any , up to 40 times a day I'm getting really annoyed, this isn't isolated as my crew is also experiencing the same faults and serious chat lag any answers please

Pike only works with abilities that activates during battle,but for some reason when you use Pike+Scotty or Pike+Stonn he increases stats in visual only

@Celtic#6317 Same problem here: as soon as a ship is in Dark Space or even heading there, view always jumps back to galaxy view appr. 2-3 seconds after you do anything in system view. Makes hunting swarm or NPS completely impossible 😡

Anyone else having issues with the upgrade requirements going up after you get the initial requirements for that upgrade? The cargo hold on my D4 was 6600 uncommon crystal to upgrade until I got the 6600 uncommon crystal to upgrade then it became 11,000 uncommon crystal to upgrade. Spock was 11,000 faction credits to promote until I got to 11,000 then he became 12,000 to promote

Anyone else getting screwed over with armadas? 4 times now me and my alliance members have made sure nobody else was doing an armada, then when you start it off there's suddenly an alliance there that are already doing it 5 minutes before you. Support don't understand that this is a bug and just seem to think we are all stupid and don't know what we're doing.

For the third time in two days I've sent a ship towards a node to mine and closed the game whilst it's on its way. When I've reopened the game the mine has been reduced but I have no cargo and my ship is sleeping on the node. If it hadn't happened three times so close together I'd just brush it off as someone beating me to the node (even when I was just flying from one side of the system to the other) and coincidentally flying off before I reopened the game but it's just too odd.

Eh, preaching to the choir. Today we killed an epic armada, but because the report says we failed the response has basically been to go f ourselves. Armada disappeared, report shows it died, but we got nothing for it. They even went so far as to remove our battle reports showing we killed it after we all submitted a support request.
Any other hostile kill where you somehow both end up “destroyed”, the player gets the win, reward, or mission progression. We had ships survive, but with less than the minimal health they consider usable.

When you warp into a hostile system and stop at the edge, the Fighter will spawn in the Out Of Bounds area.
At present, they are locked there, immobilised and not pinging the usual red circle of incoming patrol. Leaving system despawns the fighter, but farming reds is a problem at the moment.

Also after using a fighter to set up a miner in augment space as usual. When I went to reset my zero mine it sent another patrol. Used to be able to reset without having to bring a fighter back

@tepid frigate If not in inventory, check by going to the officer One of Ten. Your nanoprobes should show in the top-menu.

@pastel ermine you misunderstand..the traditional method is to send two ships...the decoy and the miner. the miner arrives 10 seconds after the decoy. However, in my experience if the miner arrives in under 8 seconds of the decoy or over 12 then if the decoy does not kill the hunter but rather just leaves when the miner zeros the node it can trigger a new hunter. Again just my experience.
other option is to use the rommy and just let the miner die and come back. but do not do that on the node as it borks the node.
@lilac bear move another ship and it will reset your ship locked in combat or just wait and it will eventually reset.

3000 is pretty much standard damage. See previous screen capture above where Vixis was captain.
I checked it more than this 1 comparison.

Which just adds to the case of Vixis does not block pvp or "pve" in that case.
Do I maybe misunderstand "delay weapon fire"? Like is it supposed to only force me to fire first in that round? Is that "really" usefull - only if the enemy blows up I guess. Not very usefull that way my personal opinion.
The horizon did fire first though so I guess that's not the case - and shes supposed to block the enemy shooting.
Please explain what she is supposed to do.

Mining Nodes are turning invisible - IE: Node is there, you can technically see the mining node bracket, but the 'rock' indicating the what the node is, does not show, like it was deleted. Appears to happen on nodes that have been depleted.

ok, i went and manually checked all the systems i've been in (including the only other one i've had a base in) and there simply isn't a corresponding hostile captain for my combat training mission. i haven't been able to complete any missions since that include combat.

With game back up, the mission to visit the Starfleet officer has gone missing and I assume it proceeded to the next part of the missions.
I have the VDar and have the mission seeds of life, but no Borg probes are available nor any trans warp cells. I bought the ship if that makes a difference. There is no chest under gifts available with a daily amount.

There's a problem with your program that is frustrating me to the point where I am nearing complete deletion of everything associated with it.
Nearly every day the program freezes up and shuts down my entire phone.
The only fix I can find is a severe hard reboot three times to get my phone back.

@noble sundial you are only seeing the last 27 attacks. Once a base is cracked, the attacking ships can loot without taking damage. As someone else mentioned, there is something that keeps 3 older messages in the log, so the actual attack probably feel out

@opal osprey @young bronze I have found a workaround. Go to your OS settings, look for "Memory" go to the STFC app and delete all the data. After that, restart your device and STFC. Worked for me, I'm back in the game.

My Centuiron keeps getting kille because of screen freeze... Can't compete in events because of game lag, 8 repairs that were unnecessary (can kill 50+33s, but onl manage 5 before game freeze kills my ships) excessive repairs sending me broke, & you expect us to gain borg points 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

Arc 2 mission shouldnt be behind a paywall, forcing is to buy the ship early to complete the mission. That is a force of losing out on goodies for f2p players, and the mission to collect inert nanoprobes is impossible without the ship itslef.

@cerulean haven nanoprobes are in borg systems, and we cant do it without a forced buy of the ship currently, which means there is no way of finishing the 2nd mission, to start the 3rd when we get there.

I am playing mission Factory Line 1/2 mine 10.000 gas. I mine 2*, 3*, I even refine 2* and 3* gas and the score keeps staying zero.

Yes that is what I mean. I finished the first 3 events of the Borg mission. Instead of receiving 12.000 point I only got 11.400. I have restarted the game and reset localisation

@uneven frost they gave an advantage to the PtP or PtW! For the FtP, it will be necessary to complete borg invasion to have the said ships and to be able to continue the mission chains! Intentional, yes certainly ... to make you buy a vessel which at the end is free

@verbal fox crashes on ipads are not necessarily due to Scopely. It could be an issue with iOS.
@uneven frost you will need the ship to complete Seed of Life mission. You can purchase it or acquire it for free by completeting Act 2. You do not need to complete the mission in order to Complete Act 2.

@mild pagoda It started with me updating to iPad OS from iOS. I reported it in game and apparently you are aware and working on fixes, but this was two months ago.
So something changed from iOS to iPadOS and the game simply starts crashing all the time. But the recent updates have taken it to the next level.
Earlier it was when there was new graphics being drawn that would trigger a lockup and crash.
But now selecting anything can trigger a crash, not a big graphics change.

I filed one two months ago, the moment It started happening, and they said they are looking in to it.
Then I filed one one last week, and they asked me if it was random crashes. And I said yes, and they said they are working on it.

I wish I had a better answer for you. CS forwarded it to the right people and the techies will have to figure out what is causing the crashes. I had the same issue with my iphone last year that went on for 5 months before it was fixed.
It appears to be an issue with ios and the game not synching correctly.

First, using Pike (level 10) and cadet Scotty (maxed) on a tier 7 Antares gives a warp range of 58, but I get the message “The warp path you specified is invalid” when trying to get to systems my warships have been that require only warp 56
Second, it doesn’t appear any of the faction points from the daily Reputation Event, or daily Faction Hostiles and Mining missions are being added to my total since the maintenance 2 days ago. I am seeing points for individual hostile kills but am not sure if the points were added/subtracted during the Faction Hunt Events over the last 2 days

@wise wagon It can take 2-5 days for CS to reply. Panic however is incredibly overwhelmed with messages and is not always in the position to assist with in-game issues on a case by case basis.

Context: A ship attacking hostile glitch. Whatever is happening, attacking ships especially down south- it keeps sending my ship off down to where the hostile’s edge is reached therefore it’s useless to attack it until it changes direction.

Can scopely please set refresh rates to 22hrs for all faction store purchases? Just Like how it is for augment purchases when I buy an argument Officer Pack it refreshes every 22 hours but when I buy a faction recruit Pak like for Romulan it refreshes every 24 hours which gets really annoying
