Also, our alliance ranked on the leaderboard for the armada assault event. That event closed and a new event opened and we never received our reward. Scopely’s all day update was supposed to “enhance” our gaming experience?
I used at least 4 days worth of speed ups on those defense platforms to receive zero progress on the event? Ridiculous.

@small pulsar Click on the player’s ship to confirm their power. The armada board isn’t showing the newly buffed power on ships, so they may have more power.
Also, miners seem to be an exception to armada rules. North Stars are getting bumped, regardless of power.

@small pulsar armadas appear to have a preference for ship types based on the combat triangle. It will pick slightly weaker ships if it views them as a stronger type even though your ship may have been the one showing on screen as in the fight due to higher power. The preference appears to be:
#1 Battleships
#2 Interceptors
#3 Explorers
#4 Surveys
The calculation also takes into account the players ACC bonus so if a player with a weaker ship has a higher level ACC they might still get picked over your even if their power was equal or slightly lower than yours.

We are at war with one of the whale alliances, extra ships are always brought for backup and put into the queue. we've been keeping track of how they are selected. We choose participating ships accordingly but sometimes the algorithm borks it up due to prefences.

Are these 2 icons switched? I noticed in any other research that boosts hull health you get a green circle with a plus sign, but in the Galaxy tab, the icon for Defense Platform Hull looks like it boosts damage and the icon for Defense Strategy looks like it boosts hull health.

@hollow echo yes, that is working as intended. When you get good reputation woth Augments, other factions send bounty hunters to kill you when in Augment space.

Fixing text is definitely low priority. So it won't get fixed. And there's several text issues in the mirror mirror missions. Because sometimes things work in the sandbox but go bad when released to the servers, I'm told.

Reporting that some systems, like Afritalis, literally shows no ships, hostiles or other player ships. Tapping on nodes gives the infinite circle. Sometimes takes a few times to look at a system in order to see anything but my own ships.

they respawn instantly...there's plenty of 21's to do, almost no one touches them.
in fact, the 21's are about the only ones that appear anymore because all the others are either bugged, or the spots are taken by rares and epics that no one can do.

@ancient lynx @stuck beacon if you were not online when the attacks happened, your combat log is unreliable. It caches strangely, storing some of your attacks and some against you. 10 minute shields are not broken, attack alerts are.
@viral river it's just a display error on that one screen, if you hit the very next tab it shows correctly that health is the proper factor.

This has been a thing for a while: I'm level 14. When I repair one or both of my combat ships, then change one over to a Fortunate, my profile power will drop by 10k or more. Are you sure it's supposed to do that?

@stuck beacon the actual game mechanic works, it's the notification that doesn't. fixes take time, everytime the work on one thing they break something else. that tends to be the nature of sotfware. Yeah in the meantime we get screwed. Ask for a refind, that's about all you can do.

Regarding Pike + Moreau + Scotty setup. Should give 8 to warp range (5 Base Scotty+ (20% base pike + 40% synergy Moreau)) Counts the stat. Lets you send the ship. Gives that error, ship warps for 14minutes then shows up in home system. Durung the entire time ship gets attacked by hunters ... while "warping".

It's not just a display issue in the battle log as far as we can tell, because ships are dying with 0 shields left, where they were surviving with full shields previously (same level targets and systems).

Further to the armada problem I wrote about a little earlier : Kirk triggers morale sometimes but then spock shield restore doesn't trigger. Neither in the round where Kirk inspires morale, nor in the following round (where the ship should still have morale)

When in battle, if you use scan it reports a different hull heath value to the value listed in the battle logs, usually about 10k extra, so I go into battles thinking I’m fine then get killed.

I know I can get more damage out of it with different crew setup, but the whole ship is centered on burning for it’s main ability to function.
If I can’t burn the target the ship falls apart in terms of what it is supposed to be able to do

As an improvement suggestion if you've got or lnow anyone who's got any kind of pull: attach player IDs to open tickets, ensure the tickets are properly detailed on each occasion, break down ingame support into levels (1 for front end -user complaints, 2 for filtering manageble complaints and assigning priority, 3 for assigning impact to player base and forwarding onto devs)
Saves everyone a load of trouble from having to repeat themselves. If support answers in 1-5-10 days implement a notification so we know when they have. I get on here to play not track my complaints. It's their interest as a service provider to keep customers happy, not the customers' interest to help fix their service

There seems to be a mismatch between the combat system and the battle reporting. Reports delay or are missing, log shows you lost 25% hhp but in reality you lost more than 60% (visible on ship when battle is finished) Report via in-game support and make sure ti attach the screenshots and detailed explanations

When I participate in an Armada, I could be the most powerful ship in the Armada but when the battle starts my ship doesn't attack and I dont get any rewards. This has happened a half a dozen times today alone.

I dont know how long this bug has been around, I just discovered it today by another player using it on me. If you suicide a ship with a lot junk rss on it, like par, against a miner on a node, it pushes the stuff that is being mined out of protected and then you can hit it to take all the latinum/raw material and the person you hit only takes the parsteel home.

What about a timer in the code, that destroys a node, ship or armada, if it wasn’t in use in the last 24h.
No more broken nodes, ships or armadas, because after 24 hours even the broken ones will die.
I think this game is object based programmed. So each NPC object gets an 24h timer that kills this object after 24h without any use. When it is in use, the timer gets set back to 24h, so no node in use will ever die while in use.
And please make only one rare Armada per section. Why are the 2 violett armadas in Niawillen? You need 500 tokens for a violett and 100 for a green. Even so you get less tokens for the violett then for greens. There is no need for 2 of 6 armadas in violett. 1 should be enough.

I’m also fed up with losing ship information overlay (on the system map) every time I use the “manage” menu. All I see is the basic icon (blue or red icon) but no number, type etc.

That said, I'm not sure each branch of the mission chain variations even has a 7th mission though so it could be that you've reached the end of the chain too. 🤔
If you've bought the pack, still have tokens but don't see a way to start a new chain in your Gifts section though, that'd mean you still have a chain in progress.

That's correct, doing the chain once will get you 5 points for the related missions event.
The rewards from the mission itself are given throughout its various parts and can be easily missed. The last part gives Officer Shards I believe.

Then to add to my previous report, to compare the 234 xp from a 31k BB I hit this 30k Bounty Hunter and got 283 xp.
So if the Envoy xp was dropped to reduce mine sweeping for xp, it needs to extend to the BB and possibly reduce xp from the NS too or at least while it is mining. The entire augment system can be swept for xp just as easily as hunting ships but with the satisfaction that you're messing with other players.

Hey @timber blaze still have this problem? here something you can try. That i do when i get the truck tires of the back end of the tracker trailer 00 00 Battle. With my ship I click on the space many times even when it pops up saying in battle. Also i try with bring up and battle/scan screen and click on the unlight green box many times over. If i have two ships in battle i switch from one and the other fast. Also switch screens many times. Most of the time it free the ship. I never recall my ship when it in the battle red. When clicking on space or on the battle scan over and over free it up. I feel that it free up with the go here click or tap in space and the unlight green tap many times the system has to send what ever code to do a check. Then it free it up for me. Hope that helps?

I try but this is not a nomal hang/freeze in battle... normal i go out of program and into anothet and then back again. Then the battlefreeze is over... Android. I have tried a lot of these things, but there have to be something that scoopely can do. Since is their glitch and bug... By the time it is initiated for me...I still might not be able to do it if those events complete! when you flip from system view to see who actually joined to chat and back and every time you go to chat the messages are listed in a different order it is really hard to use the order of the responses as who gets in
I'm chasing down if you exit the app and restart the app does the app present a fixed order (since it downloads and synchronizes some bits from the server) ?

It says I need 42k tritanium to repair, but it actually required 44,683

this is known. the client math does not match with the server math in some situations usually recreatable for certain ships.
so the client math determines how much you purchase and the server math determines if you have enough to actually repair. thus the strange error.
if you know you'll be short, just dump generators etc after using latinum, hopefully that will get you most of the way there. it sucks that it is so easy to recreate, and math is hard to sync client and server.

When a base is broken there is technically no combat anymore
Even though there’s an animation as such a Survey or any other ship attacked a base that’s been cracked open within the ten minutes or so will take zero damage
You will need to level your ships via ship combat or with Ship XP / Latinum

This are the first and last battle log screenshots, how can a 200k horizon defeat a 12m station on a single battle and suffer no damage. Why my D3 that was on dock doesn't show on the battle log? This battle was rigged.

And I have screenshots of pve combat previous to the station attack.
And I was attacked a week ago and the log show 31 ship battles, first 17 show big gunners from 500k to 800k being destroyed by my full docked station... No overwritten logs there...

If I had overload on a miner, which was attacked by a ship with a cargo lower as the overload, the difference still was given to the owner...
But now the difference is deducted and the owner just will get the secured freight amount...

Armada needs to be at least 11 mil or stronger at that level... which is why we couldn't take it down in 1 or even 2 hits

Question about someone attacking my station. Both my ships were full strength and in dock and over 250K my station total over 2M but somehow first reported battle attack I have is someone coming in and decimating everyone with a 212K Envoy
How does something like this happen as the first battle report? *just realized it was a Horizon but still same power level. I have no report showing a battleship or anything ever hitting my station

Serious combat dynamic flaw here. If an enemy targets your ship, then taps a hostile while they are attacking you and hits attack on the hostile as soon as the button turns green, it renders their ship immune to all pvp attacks, all ships just bounce off them until after they get to the hostile and finish that attack. Or they just rinse and repeat and frustrate dozens of players trying to hunt them down. this needs to be fixed.
It seems awfully close to being an exploit.

I don't know why but my daily faction Quests has been changed overnight. My OPS lvl 30 and reputation is still the same as yesterday but i have to shoot 25x lvl37 (instead of 35) and 10x Lvl36 (instead of 34). this is ridiculous. Can you please fix it?

Something is messed up with my repair times (all ships). If shows the normal time on the main screen but when I goto speedups the time drastically goes up.
Then when I click repair the time goes back to normal.

I have a bug problem, it used to be a tiny little bug that just annoyed me like a pesky mosquito in the night. But now it has reached starship troopers bug size! It is more than frustrating! Ok, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled three more times, as it’s installing the additional 53 mb of data it says 53/53 and it says tap to continue. But when it gets to the screen with each faction ship and says yours to choose, it just freezes there, no tap to continue even though it says all installed. That's real crazy. If I've got $5 in my pocket in there's an offer for $5 that I can't see I can't spend my money on That $5 offer. I don't usually move crews around when swapping for a mining vessel to raid, but every time He's on the captain spot, my raiding vessel (horizon, botany bay, antares, etc ) won't hit an open base. I'm level 20 and have been playing this game forever and still cannot get a single bp for the Franklin. I've done all the swarm events and new one that pop up never have bps either.
I've read that if you get to level 17 during an event there's a glitch and you won't get the BP events to show up. This is me I think. How can I fix?

One time I used warp speed altering crew and I guess, my client messed up the math.
Another time I warped out of a system shortly after arrival. And it had 4 mins traveltime feft, when it was destroyed.

Somehow buggy since warp update. I was about to refresh a mine but could not get back on it. Ship always tried to get to warp when i clicked the "mine" button although i was right next to the spot. I even let the ship go to warp and it flew to the next system. I went back to my mining spot which was still free but again... "mine" button started the warp.

How about resolving targeting bugs. When you attack another player, if they attack a hostile on the other side of the map, it stops your attack even if yours would have completed first.
Even better, once you hit attack, your ship does not stop until the attack is executed, the target ship successfully warps, or they RTB. Already new issue where you can attack, target ship starts to warp—then cancels and breaks your attack.
You can see when your target is abusing this, your ships behavior will become erratic, the ship triangle may stretch/elongate

Have a miner "stuck" in Morska. Even after 2 restarts am unable to move in system, warp to another system, or recall.
Did the clear localization and it resolved. Ship now is home.

Sorry, it's recurring. I got it home, but trying to warp out it went back to where it was stuck. Different system than where I tried to send. Stuck again.

Frustrating, I'm missing out on nodes for mega miner event because I keep trying to clear and restart.

Ok, when will scopely realise that something went wrong with last update ? Me, and a bunch of players in my server are also experiencing empty nodes in several systems like Aiti for example. So no "clear localisation cache, check to see if game is updated, reinstall..." will do the trick.

my timer went down and went to click shield and it wouldn't launch a shield. An error appeared. In the meantime I was attacked and my ten minute shield didn't come on. Had to restart app and in the meantime lost 8m in rss. @havanna. What's the right complaint channel

I have two or three mining sites that fail to load any ships. Cannot mine or scan the nodes. Beyond the obvious resets, hard stops, clearing of cash....any other help would be appreciated. Customer service could not help already, down to my last hope here.

I'm see incorrect station strength being reported when scanning. The correct amount seems to be in the battle reports. At least that's the one that shows when it's actually defeated. Unlike the scan that makes it look defeated when it actually isn't.

@ivory vortex Any word on when the glitch re: station shields will be fixed? I've got a player in my alliance who is getting the run around from Scopely. He puts up shields, and gets raided anyway. WTF?!?!? 😡

Is there anyway to fix the cargo issue when mining! Currently if you are mining and move off the mine for a few seconds and return, it resets your visible ore back to zero. By correcting this glitch a miner would have to return to its base to drop off the ore thereby freeing up resources for others to mine. PLEASE FIX THIS...

Is repairing a ship SUPPOSED TO fully repair the shield also? Or is it not supposed to?

Clearing the whole phones cache, then the games cache, then the games cache from in game, restarting, even praying and sprinkling the app with holy water won't lift the curse! I know this sounds sarcastic, because it is...but it's also 100% truth!

@somber light @native oyster it's lag, i you sit there for a few minutes everything will load. It's very wierd and seems to strike systems randomly. once you let it load it tends to work fine after that. I suspect it's a caching bug.

@unreal pilot Didn't load whatsoever! Was trying to switch out miners and I couldn't even select my own! The ship and app sat there for 10 minutes (which is when my screen times out) and didn't do anything! Too busy celebrating their big warp cancel win to care I guess!

@ivory vortex scotty and pike in bridge don’t work. Pike gives the extra warp to scotty but it doesn’t work. It says the ship gets to the system with the new warp, but then the game start to be buggy and say u are in your base system. Also saying u never been in that system your ship just were.
U are also unable to see inside system.

So many right now. Next part of mission not showing button to locate, keeps freezing like I'm still in battle when finished, every time I try to go inside my base I have to restart game because just sit there waiting , and now I cant view or set a course because that menu blinks and is gone before I can even hit a button.
