Restarted client, and then it registered it. May or may not be related to the free gift as I did poke that and it did say it was 'removed' but still showing on client as 'collectable'.

Playing the game on my PC via bluestacks ... latest update for Ferenghi vessle has caused issues ... in ship vault has a picture of the Talla battleship for the Ferengi D'Vor ... also, once loaded all pictures of my active vessels are blank now and I can no longer go in and swap a ship ... will these glitches be addressed as well?

I take that back. I'm still having intermittent problems. Sometimes I can see my ships move, other times not. So to swap a miner I have to move ship off node, restart, move new ship on node, restart, and then verify new ship is actually mining. Lame

I have to press Recall and then restart the game just to see the ship moving.
The mining progress isn't showed anymore.
The ship remains stuck in warp until you restart the game and then it magically arrives at destination.

- Everything except missions shows as unredeemed. Crates, events, dailies, alliance gifts.
- Hostiles visible but can't attack them, my ships keeps flying in random direction and never reaches them.
- Player ships invisible.

My game was running fine (again).... then I intentionally accepted the 10 min gift etc, and immediately it broke. Restarting the phone fixed it (again, like the 10th time now). Bottom line, don't accept gifts right as you're about to do something important if your game is working.
To think of it, I was the first to report that the alliance event award screen froze. It's something about accepting gifts and awards that breaks the game.

The miners do not show. And do not update. He to exit the game and restart to get anything to move /register.
Can not see other ships.
Can not see hostiles
Can not see other miners on mines.
Can not research
Can not build.
The advice to go to gifts.and then back.out is good. However.... the gifts are greyed.out and have not come back even after restarting.
So the game is completely unplayable at the minute

I think it's safe to say the game is what you can make of it till the devs wave their magic wand and push changes out in the form of server tweaks or client updates or both. till then we are not going to push the fix any faster by repeating 1000x that it is buggy right now.
I for one am getting g3 mines and getting mining rewards, despite extra effort to get miners to be functionally landing and bringing cargo home etc

Ok, I can report that game is now playable after viewing gifts without redeeming anything. If you can't get there trough main screen button, go to alliance, store and change tab to gifts

so I've seen two classes of bugs .. 1) freeze claim chest accessable, click on it, go back one or two times usually fixes, 2) systems empty w/out hostiles, unfortunately the gift chest will not fix ..

Since bug solving is something I do for fun I want to point out that the Ferengi miner is being depicted as a warship in the graphics selected by the game to display when you are scanning a mining vessel. Unlike it when I am scanning another mining vessel like another Horizon as depicted in image #2.
So the question I have - Could the Ferengi vessel in some way be coded as a warship and thereby in conflict with Survey vessel programming?
Not really asking you to answer it, just thought it’d be good info to pass along to Dev as they may be looking in another direction.

The blank ship screens, the fact that the image for the Ferengi ship in management is an envoy survey ship, the picture in the ship gallery shows a Talla Battleship and the Latinum mining nodes all still look like Tritanium mining nodes are the only issues left when using the game on my PC through Bluestacks. Before the upgrade it was working perfectly.

@compact dirge I do not believe you understand what I am saying. In the image it draws a pattern similar to what a warship would look like when its mining. These overlays are called upon when the vessel is “scanned”
As you can see by this image it has the same “rocks being thrown” As a result this is why I thought there could be a connection to some of the bugs.

try clear cache first, if that doesn't help, clear data as well
make sure you are logged in to google play before relaunching the app after clearing data
in order to ensure your game account is detected properly
you can do that in the application manager of your settings

If i move a miner from a node and try to get another miner on that same node i cannot select the node. Takes 3-4 times going away from that system and coming back so that i can actually select the node again. Somebody can steal my node in the meantime. Very frustrating happening all the time.

@compact dirge It’s not the classification. Bug tracing frequently relies on anomalies being discovered in other areas. The image is a transparency overlay to the ship. So something is calling this overlay. The image is not created with the rocks flying.
So my thoughts are that there may be a classification error somewhere causing the bugs we’re experiencing with the packages.

Why is my dvor not drawing a 12k% rate? It’s mining lat at a rate of 4304/hour. Even if you are basing the 12000% on lower grade ships, my fortunate (if it could reach lat mines) would be drawing 102/hour...so multiply that by 12000% and it would be mining at a rate of 12,240 per hour. Why did I pay for a ship advertised at a bonus of 12000% when it’s only getting 1k%

Shouldn’t effect it then. Usually timers go wonky if you have a ship out and then complete research - ship needs to return to sort of get the upgrade

With K'Bisch capt. it mines at 5116.
With K'Bisch capt, Helvia bridge (+30% synergy) mines 5707
With K'Bisch capt. Helvia & Domitia bridge (+30% synergy each) mines 6297
With K'Bisch capt. Cadet McCoy bridge (+8% to capt. maneuver) mines 5116 - no change!

Many folks are complaining about the extreme difficulty in doing hostile hunting dailies now as multiple people are competing for what in some systems is only 5 hostiles available.

I think when they make the game they don't think the game would be as successful with Star Trek fans as I am, the money they earn at our expense should be invested in improving the server.
@unreal pewter I think honestly they should read our messages posted here and try to get a more powerful server, and improve the game, because we have new players coming into the game.
