I can’t hit bases after the update. I can click on them, scan them, click on the attack all button and my ship goes there. arrived at the station it just goes to Zzz mode

I was gullible once when it came to Trek stuff. In high school I bought some Star Trek TCG (the first version that released in the mid 90's) and discovered that I wasn't ever going to meet anyone who had those cards. I stuck with Magic The Gathering instead.

The new resource exchange is confusing. I seem to have exchanged parsteel for parsteel, and now I can't use it for another 10 days.
It doesn't even tell you what you are exchanging in trade or paying to get what? It's just confusing. Not even a guide from the ships holographic computer.

You really need to fix this repair dialog. There is plenty of room to move the button down and display the resource requirements on two lines so the full value can be read. Otherwise, make it so that when we tap the resources, we see the full value in an expanded help window or info tool.

When raiding a station I got to what I assume would be the last load with my envoy and it would attack but then not give me any of the resources. It would show “0/XXX”. Then I came back with a jellyfish and was able to fill it. Something to do with the amount left smaller than my envoy’s capacity? Missed out on the tri/di from the last load. 😡

Please fix that since it makes it near impossible to scout for raid attacks. Others in my alliance have the same issue

I bought two $99.99 dollar packs . I received the materials for those packs, but Apple charges me for 3 packs. Apple indicated it is on Scopely side. I submitted 2 help tickets through Scopely website 24 and 48 hours ago with no response . I would even take the material for the 3 pack, but I want some type of compensation. For what I was charges. I am trying this server , because of the lack of response of Scopely.

Not to mention if I was in any other game they would identify the cost of the repair in resources and time and give them to me.. and this is pretty minor ... failed game notification system that doesn’t tell you you are under attack, shield exploit allowing people to break shields so they can raid bases ... report them and scopely says “we will get a fix put out as soon as possible but we are unable to compensate what was taken” sorry but “unable” is a flat lie .. say what you mean ... “unwilling” I’ve had similar problems in other games .. they paid me back the resources and had the bug fixed in next patch ... which were weekly

Why is there so many missing missions?!? I just discovered the Klora (2) system and there should be a mission off of planet Baxah... but it says 0 missions. Since it wasn’t discovered that means i didn’t complete it no?!? So... am i wasting precious time looking for stray missions?!?!

The iPad version no longer remembers the galaxy zoom level. If you zoom in where the system names are gone, it will keep that level the next time you go in and out of a system. If you zoom out to where the system names are visible, then go in and out of a system, the zoom returns to the default level, reducing the number of systems that are visible on the view.

My ships are perpetually getting stuck warping. It says zero time remaining but it's still warping. I've tried clearing localization multiple times and it isn't resolving the issue. I also used to be able to tell the ship to mine and it would snap out of it but this also isn't working anymore. I cannot control my ship at all

@native oyster i am reporting here as i am not sure if a bug or not, after the last update the vahklas and the Kumari gained base power of 50k and 82k respectively in the shipyard and it was noted in the update notes tis was an increase in power to reflect the ships true power, now today i was looking at the ships and these have dropped to 15k and 27k respectively, i have also noted that 2 star ships and kehra seem to have a significant loss in base power also. As again there will be another unfair advantage to those who have built the vahklas or Kumari during the time the power was increased. Are they going back to the higher base power level?

my envoy has warp speed 4,vuhklus has warp speed 2 if both ships leave base at same time the vuhklus get to system in 3 mins,the envoy gets to same system in 10mins.....
also my tri mining capt only gives me 20 extra an hr when mining tri on a maxxed envoy...

@native oyster in the land of unintened consequences... potentially.. a patch or two ago it was changes such that survery ships could get into a defeated base if they were at about 8 to 10 percent of it's power. It now appears post patch that they now have to be at around 18-20% of the base's power and then if they do get in are almost destroyed causing large repair bills and making most raiding unprofitable unless you are many levels higher than your opponent. Was this intentional?

I have an annoying one... the screen now zooms between views. Let's say I was fully zoomed out on System view. Go to any screen (e.g. Alliance Help) and when you return to System view, you are zoomed way way in.

I gave spent 100 bucks this month to be able to attack a station and now I can't do it because it takes me all night just to find a station that has loot. @arctic cairn i have the same view in ship construction but the starting stats shown are not what you get when the ship is built. When I built my vahklas it had starting spec around 50k despite showing 15k on store

Since the last Update, I cant view a bases resources without scanning it. Before the update i could tap on a base, then tap on the cargo button and it would show me the resources in that base. This button doesnt work any more.

I have a very big issue and I am missing out on gathering lots of resources because of it. It has been going on for two days and is really affecting my gameplay. I can crack a base and kill its ships and so forth but when I go try to sit on it to collect resources it won’t let me. None of my ships in any of my docks. If this is not fixed and I am someway not compensated I will request a refund and quit playing this game. I have lost a lot of resources in progress just in two days because of it. Hi, I have tested the miners since the new update. Methodology was to use two identical Envoys one with the correct crew one with another miner, start them both at nearly the same time, and check the count gap is getting larger.
I found everyone works correctly except Barot(crystal) and Stonn(ore). Barot does not work at all, Stonn however works for both Crystal and Ore.
The timers for Stonn and Barot display correctly but Barot mines slower and stonn mines faster than their respective displayed times.

Im not sure exactly how to report this...my shield was up last night when i logged off. Somehow, my station was hit while the shield was up. And there is no battle report that i recieved. Im a little confused by this. And a little upset also.

This one crashes hard about every 15-20 minutes, even when I am doing the regular clear cache routine so that I can see alliance help requests. My theory on that and also the increased tri costs overall is to take more of it out of the game. Why? Skeptics may say it was to force more pack buying, others may say it was just a rebalancing of available resources. For me, anything that reduces the costs of UC and rare id welcome.

Just happened to me: was at 0 parsteel clicked on all 4 green full parsteel generators lvls 28 27 26 26 and got back 29.3k parsteel. Restarted but still at 29.3. I am so close to delete this game .

@native oyster I believe you are aware of this but to give you specific bug reporting, the game constantly, randomly quits since the new update this past few days. I would say it is the client not the server update. It happens approx 10 times an hour, very annoying especially when setting up a base hits or running away from attacking hostiles. The circumstance of the quit is quite varied. It is sudden and complete, no hang or lag, just quits. I have not seen a pattern in what I am doing or what I had just clicked on. I hope you find the bug and fix it quickly. I am on IOS if that helps.

And somehow, picking up more resources (3x) kicks it loose.... I know that if a build/repair will take you to EXACTLY 0 dilitiuim, you can't build/repair. 4 times been attacked with no 5 min shield, was not attacked at all on the same day each time. You can clearly see in the pic a one minute difference in time between attacks. Plus everytime im.hit I have to reset the app for the repair option to show up. I reported this and got some bogus answer that the shield only works after 8 hours again but was clearly not attacked in the previous 8 hours on either occasion. So between having no shield, having to reset app, and then repair station even tho I was online the whole time I could not prevent being defeated. @native oyster

Hi there, I am a player who is experiencing an issue where I appear to be half and half out of my alliance.
I was the leader of RPH prior to the server merge and have never been able to get back into my alliance. I worked very hard with my alliance members and friends to form this alliance which I am no longer able to be a part of - is there any way you can fix this too?
I was not kicked, I was the Admiral of RPH prior to the move last year - when I tried to join our alliance a bug would not permit it.
I am currently untagged/without an alliance as my colleagues have informed me that you can manually move me back if I remain this way.
It seem as though they can’t invite me as my name is still in the alliance list. They can not kick me from the list and re-invite me either...

@verbal harbor there is a cheat code or something for the Kumari that does that. Or some sort of bug a player can run in-game. It is simply an intimidation factor of one scans the ship and doesn’t know a lvl 24 player is unlikely to have a 450k Kumari.

Fix your chat. Obviously you are not able to handle spam in an efficient manner.
Most likely the chat processing that overwhelms their servers unless they are on a seperate system. It is very newbie though and that nobody thinks things happens on sundays should be fired.

We had more issues with the alliance chat than galaxy chat in the copy & paste answer but glad that they're looking into and trying to fix it quickly... A shame the same does not apply to bugs reported, some not fixed 9 months later still...

- Notifications on IOS dont work correctly. get all the Event notifications but none of the others (full miners, repaired ships, attacks, etc...)
- Most Planets show free Base Slots, but moving there doesnt work.
- I dont get Mails when my base gets hit

Yeah, I got robbed yesterday also. I got a notification...Alarm, your base is under attack...you have minutes. Immediately went into the game just to see, that the attack happened 15 Minutes ago. Lots of resources gone. I get the push notifaction on my watch to react fast, but if I get nothing...I can't do anything.

if they offer you the possibility to get notified about Attacks, it have to work without compromises. Getting robbed while taking a dump and reading the Newspaper sucks, especially when you hold the Device in your hand. i dont care much about the ress, i feel angry about the fact, that the build in safety mechanics dont work as they should

Since I updated the client app via the App Store, this game crashes like crazy, the clear localization bs didn’t work, reached out to support and the reply was “thank you for the information we will research” when asked how can I play a game that crashes whenever I do anything but mine? Well, still awaiting a reply.......the customer service for this game sucks! I play timelines and anytime I have an issue I get a response and something is added to my game for my troubles. And I spent zero money on timelines! Lol what a total joke........

Every new update adds more junk... But doesn't fix issues and bugs. I've had 2 daily rewards waiting for over a month now... AREN'T THERE..... I frequently get hit several seconds into warp. Transition Screen to put up Peace Shield if my station is being attacked takes several times longer to load than normal. Sometimes I click to scan or attack someone and I'm suddenly looking at the inside of my station... YAY!!!!
I have played and tested many beta version games... This 'ready to release' game has more bugs than many of those combined..... PATHETIC...

@fossil robin I read a few days ago there used to be an exploit to remove the shields - if somebody attacked your miner on a mine and you won the game thought you were the aggressor and killed the shield. I think it was fixed though

OK, so I started killing hostiles in Vindemiatrix. After 3 kills I got rewards for a mission where I was supposed to kill hostiles in Fastolf. @native oyster there are many bugged missions like this one, we end up having to go through every system to find the ones required to complete mission

I received IOS notification "mining spot depleted" exactly 40 minutes after the event... and 30 minutes after our server dropped offline for maintenance. That kind of alert would be hugely useful if someone attacks your base, you can't even login to check out your ruins hahaha

Touchscreen calibration bug, on Pixel 1, android 9 vanilla. Touch sometimes becomes inaccurate, selecting incorrect in game objects or soft buttons, or not responding to touch at all. Requires frequent restart of client to keep running correctly. Appears to happen if client has been left running in background.

When my base is being attacked, I don't receive a 5 min warning. I only get a message after an attack has happened. Would be nice to know when someone is knocking.

You still can't look at a base's resources through the rewards button. You have to do a full scan. If the base is shielded you can't view the base at all. This greatly reduces the enjoyment of this app. Please fix this as fast as possible.

There are 10 mines in the Dhi'ban system that are broken. Is this ever going to get fixed? We are fighting over resources as it is and then to have 10 mines in just one system not working...that does not account for all of the other mines in other systems that aren't working either. Please can you put someone on fixing this ever present issue?

I popped up a one-day shield at 11:30 Pacific standard time last night before the update and when the server came back up this morning I see that my shield was off-line. What gives? Thankfully I was available to come online immediately and check things out, but if I hadn’t been able to I could’ve been zeroed thanks to something that was not my fault. I shielded and I verified that I had shielded before going off-line.
Y’all owe me a another one day shield beyond the one that you already promised. Because that one day shield that I used was basically wasted Due to no fault of my own.

@zinc swan Except I had put it up knowing that I wouldn’t be able to play right after the update anyways and still not able to play for a few more hours. I had to use yet another shield to protect myself when that shield should still be going.

@native oyster sulu is broken. While the combat logs show it triggering, there definitely is not a 30% increase in damage output LOL.
programmers have to know calculus so it’s kind of scary seeing all the math errors in game

@lilac yoke Those starting stats don’t really mean anything. a display bug right now and don’t affect the actual power of the ship
They are supposed to take your research, tech buildings, etc into account and display the base stats of the ship figuring in your research, and there appears to be a bug where they’re ignoring your research, etc and showing very low starting power… However, this doesn’t affect the actual ship once you own it
